Hôtel Azalées

Stayed there couple of times in 2022 and was really impressed - small, family run hotel with great restaurant and friendly, efficient staff. Fast forward to 2025 and nothing has changed. Super location, fantastic food, and really quiet at night.

Quick overnight stay. Very quiet area. Walkable. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Parking is tight but we parked on th ere street overnight and it was right next to the hotel. Area is very walkable and plenty of restaurants within a half mile.

Would go back, clean and food great at restaurant and breakfast!

It’s 2 floors and no elevator.your description doesn’t say that.i scratched my hand on the way down with my luggage in hand!they helped take it up though.

Fantastic family owned and run hotel. My second three night stay this year. The ambience is brilliant and staff are very friendly. Excellent food in restaurant also. Secluded location so very quiet at night

This hotel was the disappointment of the trip. The car park was small and parking difficult. Our main complaint is that the hotel is what I would describe as a motel. Access to the room was off the car park. There was no offer of food, despite our long journey and the room was very tired. These problems were immediately raised with Expedia and we were advised that we could move after one night having originally booked for two. The room price for one night was €74, as per invoice from the hotel and Expedia has charged £155 for two nights despite their advice. Perhaps they knew of the pressure on Stirling in advance but the sums or customer service don’t add up. Having been a frequent Expedia customer I have lost confidence in them I’m sad to say. I feel that they, along with many aspects of the holiday industry are not realistically staffed.

Too good for what you'd expect. Electric car parking on site and closed during night, ventilated fresh rooms and restaurant with breakfast very close to all things you want to visit. The best possible place during a heatwave for people on a roadtrip!

Nice room with air conditioning

Exceptional little hotel. Family run with first class service from the management team and all staff. Good quality food at reasonable prices. Very quiet location but still in the very heart of Tournon. 10 out of ten based on a 4 night stay

Nice hotel, nothing flashy but clean and good service

Nice hotel, convenient to most sites. Air conditioner did not work- it actually made it hotter.

Goed restaurant, eten/wijn prijs/kwaliteit best ok. Uitgebreid en heel goed ontbijt.

Das Azalées ist ein ruhiges Hotel mit nettem und immer hilfreichem Personal. Das Restaurant ist günstig und sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein guter Griff.

Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel ainsi que l'accueil du personnel. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le restaurant (salades pas fraîches, mousse de petits pois qui ne goûtait pas les petits pois, portion de canard trop petite, fraîcheur des fromages peu inspirante).

Les chambres sont très agréables et propres. Le restaurant est parfait et l’accueil est chaleureux et cordial. Un excellent séjour !
