We were upgraded to a very nice and large suite which was great. Very comfortable. Amazing but rather open plan bathroom which was fine, other than the open plan toilet (which had no door). Dining was good and enjoyable. Large swimming pool. Understaffed at times.

This was a wonderful hotel! From check in and overview with Victor, to the most gorgeous and large(modern) room with terrace, to the warm pool, beautiful gardens, wonderful spa, and finally, the superb restaurant with food magnificently cooked by Nancy- it was heaven! Walked into Paradou for dinner one night, and easy ride to St Remy, Les Baux and Arles.

Very good service, we upgraded to a suite. Well worth the price. The room was modern, and clean, yet still comfortable. Very spacious, with plenty of storage closets. Comfortable bed. A really nice walk-in glass shower with plenty of hot water. The original room we booked was also very nice. We upgraded because there was a special at the time. Great location, in small town with good restaurants and close to many other towns to visit. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Restaurant food looked good but we never ate at the restaurant other than a meat and cheese platter with good homemade breads, and a glass of wine.

Gorgeous setting. Private, relaxing, and friendly. We loved this hotel and the staff who made every effort to help us with whatever we needed. The quiet setting is convenient to many day trips and an excellent for a home base in the Provence area. Walkable Mausanne has a number of nice restaurants and is easy to park in as well. We will definitely stay here again. We regret that we did not take advantage of the spa, but we enjoyed the pool and gardens. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Cleaning service is bad and not consistent. One day we had robe and next day we did not. One day we had water and next day we did not. It is not a 5 stars hotel. Kind of disappointed. The staff was not able to help and answer question.

This was our favorite property during our stay in Provence (stayed at 4 different hotels). The room we had was luxurious. The set up fosters a feeling of exclusivity and privacy, but is close enough to the main building for easy access and convenience. If you are in need of anything at all, the hotel staff is right there in a minute to help you. There are two properties on the same plot - a 4.5 star and this 5 star. I understand they have the same owner. Be sure to book the 5 star. The price was worth the feeling of sanctuary provided. We want to return!
