Very friendly and helpful place with a location that is perfect. The room was large and then bed the most comfortable of our trip. Parking is a little complicated, but they front desk was very helpful and proactive in helping us manage it & their discount.

It was a great spot to be able to go out and back from hotel exploring all there is to see in Toulouse. Minutes from where you'd meet for bus tours, walking tours, or your own tourist interests. No elevators but I think thats probably more normal than not in these smaller European hotels. ~20 minute uber from airport.

Appartements repurposed into hotel. Noisy street (you can hear folks until 2am). Pillows are meh. Breakfast (€10) is not worth it at all as you get a piece of bread, one croissant, one glass of cheap juice and very basic espresso coffee (not even hot milk). I won't come back, especially for more than €100/night.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Our room (2 beds with bath) felt comfortable. The bathroom was adequate with a shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water if a bit on the small side. The ac worked great giving us comfort from the hot Toulouse afternoon. There was no lift so we were glad to inly have to lug our bags up 1 flight of steps. In the morning and evening we enjoyed the attached balcony sitting area shared with the others in the hotel.

Very good central location close to metro stops and within walking distance of the main attractions. On a quiet side road. Room was basic and dated but clean. Bed was very uncomfortable - if you sleep on one side, there is the danger you’d roll off as the mattress was so soft. I wasn’t expecting tea / coffee in my room but would at least have liked some water. Pleasant reception staff especially one of the girls who was very helpful with regards information on how best to get to the airport.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival & during our stay. Rooms were very clean and our room with 2 double beds was more than enough space for 3 of us. Hotel is very central to the city, perfect for sightseeing. Very busy streets at rush hour, but discounted parking available via hotel at st Etienne car park (next to cathedral). If driving I suggest you aim for saint Etienne car park, before looking for the hotel (it’s a 5 min walk). Breakfasts are available at the hotel, basic continental, but more than enough. Air conditioning would’ve been nice during the stifling summer heat since we’re Scottish & used to the cold. A standing fan is provided.
Street food / tapas & cocktails & beer a few mins away in Les Halles De La Cite - we visited twice in 2 days.

J'avais choisi cet hôtel principalement après lecture des commentaires positifs au sujet du calme. En effet la rue est plutôt calme pour le centre ville, en revanche il n'y a pas de double vitrage et le bruit des passants s'entend fortement de la chambre donc pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger c'est à prendre en compte. Le bâtiment de cet hôtel est très ouvert donc il faisait très froid dans la chambre.
A part ça la chambre est assez confortable bien que la salle de bains soit assez dangereuse et clairement pas adapée à des gens âgés ou ayant un quelconque problème de mobilité.
Aucune décoration, c'est dommage, avec un minimum d'investissement il serait facile de rendre la chambre un peu agréable
