Hôtel de la Place du Louvre

I loved this hotel! My view was amazing and the room was very clean and charming. It’s definitely worth the extra price to get the view. The staff was also really nice.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel in the shadow of the Louvre palace. Conveniently located to shopping and dining. The staff was gracious and friendly. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great location with very friendly staff and service. We liked this location away from the crowds and noise far better than the other one we stayed at the end of our trip. The city area around the Louvre was more relaxing to walk and explore than the crowded areas closer to the Champs Elysees area.

Most of the staff were very friendly, our rooms were ready early and we were able to get in right away. Checkout was at noon, which was nice, and they stored our luggage after.

Staff and management not helpful. On our last night the one and only elevator broke. We learned about it around 6 PM and were told that maintenance was calle. By 11 PM we were told that it was not an emergency so it will not be repaired immediately. By 5 am, we asked again since we need to check out early our flight eat at 9 am, and they gave us the same answer, it will not be repaired right away as it is not an emergency/is was a Sunday, too so I don’t know if they don’t want to pay extra. We are at the 5th floor we had 2 large luggages and no staff offered to help us bring our luggages down when we had to check out. the stairs by the way is narrow with sharp turns. We are in our 50’s and had difficult time, just imagine if you have mobility issues. When we asked the staff if someone can help us or if he can help us , he said he has heart/medical issues and can’t help. I mean I understand that but can management at least send someone to help or send extra staff to help. All they said was they were sorry…but no help was given at all. Not recommending this place to friends young or old.

Hotel de la Place du Louvre was wonderful. The staff were professional and friendly and the place has a great vibe. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds, linens, and pillows were very nice. The location was convenient to everything by foot or metro. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was outstanding. Location was unbeatable but I found the room too small.

Pleasant staff, nice central area.

Everything from location to Service to comfort was perfect at this hotel! The staff were so pleasant and very accommodating! We needed to leave very early in the morning on our departure day and the lobby attendant was so helpful in getting us some yogurt for an early morning breakfast! They secured transportation for us to the airport as well. So close to the Lourve, Notre Dame, the Seine, shopping, metro.... Everything we could have wanted! Highly recommend!

Staff were very helping and provided a lot of recommendations for food, drinks and sightseeing!

Cleanest hotel ever!,

Location was terrific. Louvre was next door, and Notre Dame, Sainte Chaple, and the Orsee were within 20 mins walk. The Marias was also close by. The only drawback one of the receptionists (only one on duty at a time) was obviously sick so we didn't want to interact with her. One of our party's room had a loft - bed downstairs, toilet upstairs - not ideal for a senior., but they did change it after first night. Manager was great! The Elevator was TINY.
