The staff at this hotel were outstanding. They went above and beyond in every way. Very close to Juno Beach. The beds were very comfortable. Dinner was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel

Spotless room and staff were very friendly. A good breakfast buffet. Our only glitch was the fact that hot water to the shower took a very long time to come through. We thought there was an issue but you just needed to run it for another 5 minutes.

The Staff at this Hotel from checking in to our servers were all friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfy and though our room was small it was clean with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Views out the windows were lovely.

Very convenient location with free parking right outside the hotel and several restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful receptionist with easy check in and everything well explained. Room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the curtains seemed too small for the windows and some curtain hooks were missing so a lot of light was let in.
Beds were comfy, and despite the light, we slept well.
Can't comment on the restaurant as we ate at one along the road and left before breakfast, to catch the ferry. However, the menu looked good and reasonably priced for the area.

Rooms are nothing like they seem in reality. The hotel have spent all the money downstairs and this is a nice environment but the rooms and bathroom are v. average. They also supply ear plugs which says a lot. Really if the rooms had air conditioning, then this would resolve the noise issue as you have to currently choose between a hot room or cool and noisy.

Beautiful location and huge room for a family of four, but no air conditioning and it was a heat wave. They did give us one fan and we slept with the windows wide open with the curtains drawn over them as we slept, but no screens in Europe and very loud with people out drinking and motorcycles ripping around.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Just don't stay here in a heatwave.

We based ourselves here whilst exploring Normandy and visiting the D-Day Beaches etc. The hotel staff were great, parking is ample and free and the roads are excellent. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed in the Hostel portion - semi public bunk beds. I was very pleased. It was very clean, and the people were very nice. I speak no French and they were very accommodating. I will stay again if in the area. The only suggestion I would offer : it would help to have a couple hooks to hang clothing in the shower stall. Thank you!
