If you are going to be happy with a tidy hotel, well maintained with friendly staff then book this one because it has a hidden gem in it's dining room and brasserie. the food is excellent and with a better balance to the menu than some French hotels where there is no escaping the heavy duty rich food. We had a great stay. Parked outside the door. wlaked into town for a couple of drinks then a great meal in the hotel. Top notch.

Used this hotel as an overnight stop both on our journey down to the south of France and also on our return. Situated close to the railway station, the town centre and the old medieval town which is worth a stroll round. On our arrival on the journey down shortly before dusk the receptionist gave us directions to places to eat, most were closed so ended up at McDonalds!

The location immediately opposite the main railway station is good. The room was large and clean. The bathroom well equiped.. The windows opened onto the main road and as there is no aircon this might be noisey in the summer but didn't bother us as it was -3 degs. The female manager (owner?) was most unfriendly.The restuarant was "full" with a private party and as it was pouring with rain we decided to eat in the hotel's Brasserie/Bar. All I can say is that quantity certainly gave way to quality.

I chose the hotel because it was pet friendly - all the staff made us feel very welcome it was very convenient being next to a wide green boulevard . I also chose this hotel because it had a restaurant but unfortunately, it was closed the weekend I stayed. The hotel is in a beautiful old building that is currently ungoing some renovation - it does need a little updating, especially the bathroom. Overall, I was quite happy there and would certainly stay again.

We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. This was in the height of the season. The room was very small. The young man on reception was more interested in watching the TV than giving us advice and information.

Bon accueil des hôtesses et autre salariés croisés, literie de qualité. Mais clé de la chambre remise collante, obligé de la laver, moquette dans les couloirs et chambre avec de grosses tâches, plafond de la chambre qui s'écaille suite à des infiltrations, tâche en demi cercle juste en dessous sur la moquette Un cheveux collé au mur et diverse autres tâches sur les murs. Pas de bouteille d'eau pour des raisons écologique, ce qui est très bien (un récipient de type gourde ferait l'affaire) mais pourquoi les verres de la SDB sont en plastique et non en carton Pas de bouilloire, pas de thé, café pour des raisons de normes 🤔 Petit déjeuner bof, dont la viennoiserie non fraîche, au moins de la veille. Désolée, mais tous ces détails négatifs nous laissé un goût amer d'avoir choisi cet hôtel trois étoiles, pour 98 euros ! Vieil hôtel ok, ayant besoin de rénovation ok mais il y a des limites aux supercheries. Photos trompeuses.

Je n'ai pas aimé cet hôtel, en arrivant on m'avait donné une chambre pour handicapé...car l'ascenseur était en panne et du coup on restait au 1er étage la salle de bain ressemblait à la chambre de l'Ehpad de ma mère... ils ont bien voulu me donner une autre chambre mais l'accueil était particulièrement froid ... ils auraient pu me demander mon avis d'abord je n'y reviendrais pas
