Everything was terrible: no one in the reception, the room was disgusting, dirty. No way! We had to change the hotel!

The hotel was dirty, had to clean the toilet and bathroom on arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful. Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 2 people...no more allowed. Shower hook was broken windows & doors filthy dirty. I wouldn't stay again.

This is a great hotel if you are travelling to or from Spain as it is in a quiet area with easy access to the main route. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and large beds. Bathrooms have bath as well as shower and excellent hot water and also complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast was very good and the room was very pleasant. We did not have dinner but they offer a fixed price menu which looked to be good value. There are other eating places close by and a supermarket if needed. Private free parking is essential for us so this perfect.

On a journey to Spain this is an ideal overnight stop. Staff are welcoming and for a budget hotel the room was spacious. Double bed is a good size and all linen was very clean and fresh. The area is very quiet so a good nights sleep is assured. Adjoining hotel has a restaurant and there is a supermarket next door. There is no lift so would advise less able to request a ground floor room.

Use this hotel regularly, no complaints.

A decent basic overnight stay. A bit out of the way -on a industrial estate so dont think of walking out to a pub/restaurant. We would definately recommend this place to others,but make sure you ask for a NO SMOKING room.

Adequate for a night stop. A/C, as advertised on web, did not work, so, in winter, the heating probably would not function either. Adjoining Hotel Relais has a good restaurant, and would probably be better for a longer stay.

The rooms and showers are very small but clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Hotel was good however the location was a fair way out of town, for the price I paid and the time I booked (tour de France) this wasn't a problem at all.

First of all this isn't in Pau but in Lon which is on the outskirts. Secondly it's in an industrial area so you definately need to be driving a vehicle to get here. The place is like a poor mans Travelodge essentially. Inside it felt like a space capsule, small bed with plastic flooring and a tiny pod which contains the toilet and shower. Overall functional for a stop off but don't expect to do any sight seeing unless you're driving.

For the price fairly good value but the air conditioning did not work efficiently.

First of all, checking into this hotel is by an automated system, requiring you to insert the card you used to pay for the booking. This doesn't work for Expedia bookings and so it took a long time to just get into the hotel. The staff from the neighbouring Kyriad hotel (same owners) were absolutely brilliant at sorting the problem out, but it took a long time and a bit of initial persuasion. They explained this is a problem with all credit cards registered outside of France. The room itself is what you may expect from a youth hostel, with the addition of a television. The 'bathroom' was a a toilet and a shower in a small cupboard. There are no creature comforts here, except for the rather strange creature we found on the wall, who seemed very comfortable to me. The bed is fairly comfortable and the air conditioning helped in the heat, although its output is best described as "gentle". Downstairs, there is a vending machine for things like coffee, chocolate etc. Location wise, this hotel is not in the centre of Pau and we saw little evidence of public transport nearby. We had hired a car at the airport, which turned out to be really useful to explore the wonderful area of the Pyrenees. The one reason we may consider a return here is the excellent staff who were unfailingly polite, smiley and helpful.

Chambre confortable et accueil sympathique

lors de notre du week end du 15 et 16 novembre , nous avons réservé 2 nuits a l hotel eco relais de PAU LONS, nous avons passé 2 jours horribles dans cet hotel . Premièrement : il n y avait pas de poubelle, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas ,la télécommande était endommagée ,le support de douche était cassé ,un trou aussi au niveau du lavabo. Deuxièmement impossible de dormir à cause du bruit dans certaines chambres la première nuit. Et la deuxième nuit, un occupant a déclenché volontairement l alarme incendie à 22 heures donc obligation de sortir et nous avons constaté qu il n y avait pas extincteur donc vous imaginez bien la suite . Hotel horrible , pas du tout recommandable!!!!!!!!!!!! C est sur que le tarif était attrayant mais ce nest pas normal qu il soit sur votre site dans de telles conditions!!!! A FUIR!!!!!!!!! C est inadmissible!!!!! Nous sommes très déçus!!!!! Surtout que c est seulement la deuxième fois seulement que nous réservons sur votre site. Une compensation serait la bienvenue pour nous faire oublier ce lamentable désagrément et pouvoir continuer à réserver sur votre site. En conclusion , nous sommes vraiment dégoutés et il est inconcevable de louer de tel "taudit"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! En èspérant , une réponse de votre part........ Cordialement
