Room was small, but comfortable. Watch your toes when youre in the washroom as there is a door stopper on the floor that would love to break one or two of them! Washroom is really small for a 4 star hotel. What interaction we had with staff was courteous and efficient.

The bed was like sleeping on cement. My friends and I agreed these were the worst beds in Europe and the UK. No amenities at this hotel. Rooms are Ok but overall very old hotel.

The location was perfect. The bath room was so small. The stairs and the carpet in the corridors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
