Expérience décevante. À mon arrivée, on m’a donné la clé d’une chambre déjà occupée, ce qui m’a fait entrer dans la chambre de quelqu’un d’autre par erreur ! Cet incident m’a mise très mal à l’aise et m’a laissée inquiète pour ma sécurité durant tout mon séjour. Avec chaque bruit, je me réveillais, craignant que quelqu’un entre dans ma chambre à cause de cette histoire de clés. De plus, l’isolation est insuffisante, rendant le sommeil difficile, et il y avait une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

A convenient lovely place right next to the metro and buses. The room and bed were very comfortable. A beautiful view from my window. I loved my stay. I also traveled with a hiking backpack so I didn’t have to manage having a lot of luggage or toiletries. If you were traveling with a lot, there is plenty of space to unpack if you’re organized. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t really need service until I needed a taxi upon leaving, and they had one for me in 10 minutes. I’ve posted photos of my adorable room. There is a street right outside and I slept with my window open and ear plugs for the traffic noise.

We were able to check in early and check out late without extra cost. Ahmed gave us an impeccable customer service. Service with a smile. All our request before our has been granted. The hotel has clean room, fluffy towels, good variety and quality breakfast. Great location. Good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

In short, this stay was a disappointment. The room wasn't ready on allivel at 4PM and the AC didn't work in one of the rooms throughout the stay. One attemps at repairing it did no go any further. Reception staff during weekdays was very friendly, but the weekend receptionist should consider consider whether the service industry is a right path. Location is great, but rooms are too cramped.

Lovely Staffan in reception and breakfast. Overall cleaningness in elevator and floors could be better but it’s not worse than in many other hotels in Paris and the bathroom was super clean. Comfy bed. Thin windows so there is some noice from the street but also poor insulation from heat or cold. This may sound negative but it’s a nice little hotel.

This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet area about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe. My ground floor room was chic, cosy, clean and double glazed, with a kettle, safe, hot hairdryer and the most comfortable bed I have slept in on holiday. Plenty of hot water and L'Occitane toiletries. I needed to take taxis to get farther afield such as to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, and these cost around 12-15 euros. There is a Metro Station nearby on the blue line, so you have to change to get to the min sights. Plenty of shops and cafes in the area, though, plus you can walk to Boulevard Haussmann and Printemps/La Fayette. There are some nice places to eat along Avenue de Wagram. My only problem was with noise from the room above - scraping chairs on the wooden floor, enthusiastic bedsprings at 2am and then 7am (!) and on my last night, furniture scraped across the floor all night, doors banged and drawers rattled continuously. It only stopped at checkout time and kept me awake all night. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.
