Good stay but hotel rooms could be refreshed

State of room and hotel appeared very dated and worn down. No consistency in room cleaning. Lack of all amenities (4 star hotel!!). Most of the equipment in gym was broken and filthy. Children everywhere uncontrolled (in gym etc).

Un séjour merveilleux !J'ai rarement vu un hotel offrant tant de services, il y a tout. Il y a un grand extérieur avec une piscine, un terrain de pétanque, un terrain de padle, une table de ping pong, des transats à l'ombre. Le service est souriant, le personnel aux petits soins. Il est facile de visiter la region, et on peut se detendre le soir.

Property is overall ok. Not a place for American tourists though. I need cold air conditioner for proper rest. This hotel has a central control at 23 C. Can’t move it from there. No good for me, personally.

Lovely hotel with big rooms and bathtubs. Friendly staff who went above and beyond. Loved staying here and will definitely return!

Staff is really nice and price of room is attractive. There is a Sauna, a gym, a tennis court and a pool. Shampoo is Nuxe branded. Beds are confortable. That are the good points of this hotel. But it clearly doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Flooring in rooms is old and should be changed. Maintenance of trees and lawn outside is really poor ( lawn cut with brush cutters…) Flooring around the pool should be changed ( broken tiles, old fashioned) Pool maintenance is not state of the art too. Funny point: lots of communication is made about environment but there is a water leaking close to the pool and nobody cares. The spa maintenance is not good too ( lights and hourglass broken in the Sauna). The flooring in the spa is very slippery and showers were not cleaned correctly. The worst point is the price of the food : dishes look like the ones you get in a restaurant for truck drivers and are totally over priced! The same for drinks. (5,5€ for a Fuse Tea) Don’t misunderstand this review, it is a good hotel but it could be so much better with small investments and better maintenance. This restaurant is a good deal if you are looking for an hotel with a pool for a short stay and if you don’t eat there.

Cet hotel ne mérite pas vraiment les 4 étoiles. La chambre est grande, avec un toilette séparé la literie est bonne. Il y a un sauna. Mais la salle de bain présente des moisissures autour de la baignoire. La decoration est quelconque et vieillissante. Les douches hommes au niveau du sauna presente des fuites au niveau de la pomme de douche et pour l'autre complètement bouché par le calcaire. Pas de thé ni de rafraîchissement au niveau du sauna comme cela était le cas il y a quelques temps. Le restaurant n'est pas non plus au niveau d'un quatre etoiles. Service bistrot bof avec un serveur débordé obligé de gérer le bar et la salle de restaurant. Il manquait beaucoup de choses sur l'ardoise affichée : saint jacques, charlotte, coupe de fraise et on vous indique une fois que vous avez commandé qu'il y avait du filet mignon de porc en plus. Le petit dejeuner est à 18,50 euros c'est chère.

A bit far… nothing around, no restaurant, no shopping there menu is very limited and a bit expensive. 30 min drive from marseille and 30 min from airport. Overall very comfortable, clean and pleasant overworked staff.

시간 관계로 써보지는 않았지만, 사우나가 있다는 것이 흥미로웠습니다. 제가 묵은 각실쪽은 각 객실 뒤 잔디밭이 있어 풍경이 좋았습니다.(대신 잔디밭을 옆 객실과 공유하는 형태라 문단속을 잘 해야겠지만요.) 직원들은 친절하고, 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 단, 무료 물을 따로 제공하지는 않으니 참고하세요.

All is norm

The hotel is just off a busy roundabout well outside the village of Fuveau. The local amenities, such as restaurants, are not within walking distance. That was a disappointment as much more could have been made of the facilities and the hotel restaurant. The reception and room were spacious and full of light. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the room air conditioned. There were patio doors to the outside space and table, stool and chair where we could have sat just outside. There is a large swimming pool which apoeared very underused during our stay there, also a sauna and a gym which were also always empty when I popped in. I found the bar and the restaurant a bit bland. There was rarely anyone in the bar and the restaurant reminded me of a cafeteria. Breakfast was fine and plentiful but I really didnt enjoy the one evening meal I ate there. I had ordered some fish and seasonal vegetables. The fish on the menu was unavailable and was replaced by sea bass. What appeared on the plate looked as if it had been overcooked in a microwave. The skin was slimy and sticky and the flesh was hard around the edges and overdone. The seasonal vegetables were an unidentifiable grey mess on the plate. I've no idea what the vegetables were. Needless to say, we drove to a restaurant to eat the following evening. I was disappointed as the hotel restaurant was expensive. However, even with the drawbacks, the room itself was good value for money.

Le nettoyage des sols dans la chambre. Le sol était collant et avec des taches. Le portail était fermé à 21h et la sonnette ne fonctionnait pas. Attente de 10 minutes devant le portail.

j’aime le calme qui entoure cet établissement. la taille des chambres est spacieuse (très) et la vue est souvent dégagé. la piscine est incroyable pour nager et la salle de sport bien équipée.
