Hôtel Nell

I stayed for one night and was impressed by the excellent customer service and helpful staff. However, the room had an odd smell, and the bathroom was quite dated. Overall, great service but the facilities could use an upgrade.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were small. Nothing appealing about the hotel. Small rooms, no bargain.

Cheap and cheerful hotel but ideal as a stop-over on our way to Dieppe. Staff in particular were absolutely outstanding. So friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed our two-night stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned regularly. There is a large shopping mall nearby where we could purchase everything we needed. Bus stops are within walking distance, and the nearest train station is about a 40-minute walk. The hotel also has a lovely backyard, which we used to relax in the morning and evening.

The location of the hotel was not convenient for our visit to Giverny, despite its being listed as a Giverny hotel.

The hotel itself was fine, but circumstances and location were scary. It was surrounded by an industrial zone. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon, the lobby was locked and no one was there except a maid who was illiterate even in French. The cab driver helped me figure out how to use a machine to actually get in the building and to my room! I did not see another soul until breakfast the next morning, and as an older female traveling alone felt very unsafe. Though I was told there was some food in walking distance, there was no way I was going to walk anywhere. It was also NOT convenient to Monet's Garden, the purpose of my visit. Every time I traveled between there and hotel it cost me close to 30 euros! I spent close to 150 euros just on cabs!!! The original taxi driver gave me a phone number to call for a cab, and I had to call them each time I needed a ride, as there was no service anywhere near the hotel. If I had a car, it might have worked out. And though two people tried numerous ways, I was never able to get on the internet. The hotel itself was fine, and the operators - once they showed up on Monday - were very nice and tried to be helpful. But if I knew the situation ahead of time, I would NOT have booked this place. I consider this deception by omission of enough details!

Much needed respite hotel after a busy tour. Free car parking excellent and an easy drive to Giverny.

La literie était très mauvaise, Un seul petit oreiller, La baignoire était bouchée et l'eau s'écoulait très mal.

Ok pour une étape durant un voyage Les murs sont très fins on entend très bien les voisins (trop) donc pas d’intimité et difficile pour se reposer quand ils sont bruyants Petit dej ok

Très déçue de la propreté de la salle de bain, joints noir, du bruit,des gens le matin avec les claquements des portes dès 7 heures un samedi, seul point positif le petit déjeuner le matin n ayant goûter le restaurant le soir
