The staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff did speak English. Hotel was clean and updated. Hotel located just outside the busy city. Quiet on top of a hill. I would recommend this hotel in Auch.

Conveniently located, close to everything friendly staff. Note that there is no elevator in the hotel, just stairs. It might be challenging for some travelers with a lot of luggage.

Nice, clean and modern hotel, but not for anyone who is physically handicapped or physically unfit...no elevator or ramps. Two sets of outdoor stairs just to get from the car park to the lobby; then two more sets from there to the first floor rooms; and another two sets of stairs in order to get to the second floor rooms.

the hotel is clean and functional and if in three area again we would have no hesitation in staying there again. only let down is the 7.50 breakfast which was very poor.

A slightly dated but immaculate hotel. Although located on a busy road, no traffic could be heard when the window was shut. In fact we watched a red squirrel climbing the trees right outside our window. Breakfast was tasty and the service throughout our stay was warm and courteous.
