Really lovely small hotel. Near the train station, which is what I was looking for. Check in guy really friendly and helpful. Room small, but stylish and had everything you’d need. Loved it.

We stayed at this hotel in Nice and we had great experience. This hotel was only five minutes from the train station and check-in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very not super modern but cute, quiet and comfortable . We even had a little balcony. Free 24 hour coffee and water fill station was a huge plus in a city where water will cost €2,00. Definitely recommended.

Coming from USA with only one quick overnight in Nice, with very little time to visit unfortunately. This hotel fit that purpose perfectly. Has a hip, young person vibe. Kind staff. Simple, small, clean with nice breakfast and easy walking access to train station. Was quiet for us even with train station and street nearby. Long walk to the ATM at the CCF Bank down by the water but the exchange rate had no markup and no transaction fees, unlike all other bank (banque) in the area (we tried 4 others). I would stay again. There's a sister hotel next door that looked a lit bit fancier if needed.

Personally left this hotel after the first night and went to the Radisson Blu. Felt like a backpackers hotel. The room doesn’t look like the photos, it’s very old and worn. The hallway carpet was filthy carpet and the elevator has this weird They provided a refund but I would not recommend.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was filthy upon arrival – dust everywhere, stained bedding, and a general lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was in particularly bad shape, with grime in the shower, a dirty toilet, and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay.
To make things worse, the in-room safe was broken, which made it difficult to store valuables securely. We raised these issues with the staff, but the response was either slow or dismissive, and nothing was properly addressed.
Overall, it felt like basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance were not being met. Definitely not the experience we expected, and we would not return.

To say these rooms are small is an understatement. Big bathroom is plus. Fresh crossaints and bread in the am is nice along with a fancy coffee maker. It was nice to have a hot water kettle in the room but hard to hang out in the room as you can barely walk around the bed.

This hotel is ok. I would say is a two stars hotel rather than three. The breakfast is very poor, and far from it was advertised which I believe is a bit misleading when you compare the hotel with other hotels to take a decision. The location is excellent if you want Nice to be you base destination

The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities. A happy stay overall!
