The hotel was nice and in a good area. Our air-conditioning broke and staff was unhelpful. Service was never called and no fan was provided. We were on the top floor and it was July so very warm even at night. Staff did not seem to care. Electrical could also use to be updated. Otherwise, the hotel was clean.

If your into high end shopping the hotel is well situated and there several nice cafés close by for morning coffee however the first room the mini fridge was broken and the safe inoperable so they change our room and the second safe was broken and the fridge cool at best. The front desk staff were very friendly though i belive better accomidations could be had for the $400 plus nightly rate.

The team working at Hotel Sèvres are the absolute stars of the hotel - so friendly, attentive, proactively asking to make the stay even more pleasant - I have hardly met better. The location of the hotel is also very good, conveniently located between metro stations and super close to so many nice shops, restaurants etc. The comfort of the rooms leave a little room to improve - shower was so low in ceiling hight and shower head that I could not fit under it at 1,83cm and the matress of the bed was not great. Other than that, room is ok.

Excellent location, on a quiet street, near excellent shops like Au bon marché. Close to two subway stations to take you quickly everywhere in Paris. Great breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely courteous. This was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I will remember this address for our next trip and highly recommend this hotel.

The reception were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a beautiful bathroom. The location was also nice and plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.

Convenient location with several very good cafes within easy walking distance. Plus there is a convenience store just a few stores down the block for those items you need. My room was clean, updated, and comfortable. I will definitely stay at Hotel Sevres Saint Germaine again!

Difficult check-in. Elevator broken and reception took 5 minute phone call while I tried to check in. Had to carry up all our bags up four floors narrow winding staircase. Superior room size included very narrow entry hall which subtracted from useable space. Otherwise clean with comfortable bed.

Hotel was quite centrally located. Close to metros, shops and various restaurants. Both the rooms and the common areas were clean and updated. They were still in renovations, but this didn’t impact us at all. Would definitely recommend and would reserve again for ourselves in the future!

The people at the front desk were so kind! The gentlemen during the day offered us umbrella because it was raining we had some but I’m so glad they had some if needed! He was so kind and breakfast was good too! Loved the location and room! Very welcoming!

Check in took a while and receptionist was unaccomodating. Room was small, especially shower and toilet. Elevator service is 1-person at a time. The accommodations said there was laundry services for guest and there were none available.

I was forced to make a reservation for PARIS earlier in the day on September 8th through my phone app as your website wasn't loading properly and I could not get anyone on the phone (I'M A GOLD MEMBER and CREDIT CARD HOLDER). When my son arrived at the hotel in PARIS he was told there was no reservation for him. After numerous phone calls, text messages and emails at MIDNIGHT I was finally able to get someone to pick up my call at Hotels.com. After one repressentative talked and talked and talked while I was asking him to quickly help me he then passed me to someone else who talked and talked and talked without a sense of urgency. There was NO REASON FOR ALL THE CHATTING- HE JUST HAD TO CALL THE HOTEL and GET ME A ROOM! All the while my son was pressuring the front desk staff ta the hotel to "find him a room". He was so tired after 11 hours of traveling from a rempte area of Turkey that day! Finally, your repressntative suggested another hotel- a huge tourist hotel a cab ride away from the reserved hotel. I asked the repressentative to hold while I was talking to my son in Paris. The repressentative hung up. Luckily my son and I sorted the issue out with the clerk at the hotel in Paris and he got a room key. THIS TOOK OVER AN HOUR!!! Additionally, I booked a VIP hotel for my son. There was no VIP upgrade, welcome gift or perks. This is not what I expect from Hotels.com Gold Team. There are many other options out there to book a hotel. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! What is going on
