When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are tasteful and well laid out. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We only had breakfast one day but it is very good. Hot and cold options allow you to have anything from a pastries and jams to fruit, yoghurt, to cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The rooftop terrace has great views of the port, but it can get windy. The pool is gorgeous but small and there are only six sun loungers, which can get competitive. It is well situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town and most of the good restaurants. If we visit Les Sables-d'Olonne again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vertime again.

Hotel was practical and reasonably well located. Parking was a struggle as not many spaces for the size of hotel. Was told to park in the local public car park. Service pretty slow in general, but staff were friendly enough.

Our room wasn’t cleaned/serviced at all during our two night stay. We left the sign on the door asking for the room to be serviced at 10am and returned at 5pm to find it never was. When checking out I told the concierge this and I was completely ignored, his response was to ask me if he can charge the card they had on file. No apology, not even a goodbye, he just handed me a receipt and looked to the next person in the queue to check out.

Facturer des frais de parking (non couvert) de 15€ pour seulement une nuit de quelques heures est simplement abusif et inacceptable. C'est l'unique raison pour laquelle je ne retournerai plus dans cet établissement. Bizarrement ces frais ne m'avaient d'ailleurs pas été facturés lors de précédents séjours...

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Voyageant seul, j’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et l’attention du personnel qui m’a tout de suite mis à l’aise. La chambre était impeccable : propre, calme et très confortable, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité, avec des produits frais qui donnent envie de bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principales attractions tout en restant au calme. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, aussi bien pour les voyageurs en solo que pour les couples ou familles.

Nous ne comprenons pas comment cet hôtel peut afficher 4 étoiles alors qu’il n’offre aucune prestation de cette catégorie. La chambre est extrêmement basique, il n’y a pas de minibar au prétexte d’une construction écologique, mais il y a la climatisation, heureusement d’ailleurs durant cette période de canicule. Cela n’est pas très logique. Le bar et le restaurant évoquent un décor de cantine scolaire. Certes il y a une piscine en roof top mais prise d’assaut et inaccessible. Le parking offre 37 places pour 105 chambres. Autant dire que garer sa voiture relève du jeu des chaises musicales. Une mention particulière cependant pour le barman du matin fraîchement arrivé et très attentif aux demandes des clients.

Hotel molto ben rifinito dentro e fuori con dettagli di qualità. Parcheggio interno a pagamento ed esterno gratuito ad un centinaio di metri. Fermate delle navette gratuite per i circuiti cittadini nelle vicinanze. Centro città a 15 minuti a piedi. Piscinetta riscaldata al 5 piano con bar annesso (provato per uno spuntino serale, avevano finito quasi tutto e prezzi eccessivamente alti per quello che era rimasto). Ristorante al piano terra (non provato). Colazione dolce e salata disponibile con buon assortimento. In camera: pecca importante la mancanza di un frigo bar, cassaforte spaziosa, zero cassetti, molti ripiani a vista.
