Great location for overnight stop Cheerful, helpful staff nice big bed No soap in dispenser by washbasin No restaurant as there seemed to be from website Not such good value as the Ibis Budget in same location which we had used on outward journey but was fully booked on return

We arrived at midnight after a gruelling trip, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and considerate. Well done lads We were able to get a drink and they offered to cook us some chips (we were to tired to eat). They even made my husband a lovely coffee

Good parking outside, nothing special it was an overnight stay while driving just off the N10 so was perfect. Hotel was clean and there was antibac and covid precautions in place would stay there again.

Very disappointing and poor value for money. The rooms are tired, carpet in a poor state and bathroom maintenance issues. The washbowl drainage was clearly obstructed as the sink took time to empty, the toilet seat was hanging off and the toilet flush was very poor. The toilet roll holder was also loose on the wall. This was not a cheap hotel and is supposed to be a cut above the Ibis Budget chain, but the general state of the rooms was equivalent to budget or Premier Class but cost 2.5 times more. Very disappointed and will not use Ibis again.
