I like IBIS hotels and this budget one didn’t disappoint. Out of the town so not many local amenities but only a 20 minute walk. Rooms were basic but clean. Really quiet and a nice little continental breakfast in the morning. I’d stay again x

It was inexpensive and about a 10 minute to 15 minute walk to the medieval walled city. Breakfast was Continental with the usual pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and cold cuts. The room was good. The water in the shower was hot so no complaints.

Wonderful little Ibis 15 minutes walk to the medieval town of Carcassonne. Buffet breakfast very cheap for Europe plus a seating area outside, where you can take your own food and drinks in the evening. Basic but perfect.

This hotel was a bit small. The room was tiny. You need to be careful taking a shower as it can flood the whole bathroom with it. The pillow was a bit soft and bed a bit hard. The breakfast was simple. The parking was easy. Conveniently located near city center and the castle was 5 min drive or 15 minutes walk.
