L’hôtel était vraiment bien pour un Ibis Budget : chambre propre et confortable. La perfection aurait été d’avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre pour une petite tisane le soir, ainsi qu’un plat chaud au petit-déjeuner, comme des œufs brouillés.

Hôtel récent, chambre et salle de bain assez spacieuses. Chambre propre et équipée de port USB pour charger les portables. Petit-déjeuner varié avec du salé et sucré : pas mal de choix, de quoi y trouver son bonheur.

Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes, pas de placard ni de table pour poser les valises ou ranger les habits. Alarme incendie déclenchée à 8h avec coupure générale d’électricité. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain et toilettes. sans aucune information et geste commerciale pour un hôtel qui a brûlé il y a peu….

I booked this hotel for one night so we could stop over during our trip back home. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking. Due to the lack of support we had to drive trough the night together with our 2 children. I understand it's a budget hotel but you would still expect some level of humanity and customer support.
