ibis budget Grenoble Sud Seyssins

Staff were pleasant, parking was OK. There was no air con in the room, just a air blower that blows warm air, not good in 32° heat.

For the budget is ok but service was terrible ( Breakfast very bad, coffee mashine every time without water, people were waiting for filling it… No water in the machine in the hall… quantity and quality of food should be improved …

The place was fine. Perhaps for me was a little far form the things what i wanted to do.

I was expecting higher quality hotel in this kind of place. Also, how difficult it can be to clean 10m2?

Just what you need for ‘transit’ stay. Ibis Budget does the job. Breakfast not so efficient. No crockery & no croissants!!

It’s outside of town, really in Grenoble there’s not much to see (a couple of things) but if your traveling by car it’s a great place because roads are easily accesibles!

Really clean room with open-plan bathroom and separate toilet, the room feels much bigger. Good place to stop for a night. The pillows provided were not good, should have more than one pillow per person.

I was given a smokers room without asking for one, when I noticed the smell and asked to be moved the staff were very reluctant to move me into a non smoking room. The room and bed was ok but the A/C unit was noisy and there was a random buzzing noise that happened occasionally through the night.

Réservation pour une famille de 4 personnes pour une nuit. Hôtel bien situé à proximité des commerces et de l'autoroute. Chambre simple mais la porte des toillettes ne ferme pas, la douche est milieu de la chambre.. Sinon, bon petit déjeuner,

Une bien triste expérience. Reçu comme d'une façon extrêmement limite par une jeune fille en pleine visio sur son portable... Demande d'une facture dont le prix ne correspond pas à mon règlement. Cette jeune fille, avec arrogance et lassitude m'explique que c'est son ordinateur et que se sera comme ça et pas autrement. L'accueil n'est pas "budget" , il est discount. Petit déjeuné lamentable, plus de jambon, nous en recevrons demain. Pas de poubelle dans la chambre. Insonorisation des chambres discutable, pas de poubelle dans la chambre. Bon point, le veilleur de nuit à été extrêmement pro et charmant. Bref, mauvaise expérience. Sans aucune exagération

Plus de café dans la machine lors du petit dejeuné, vienoiserie et pain dure, brulures de cigarettes sur le lino de la chambre, porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas par conception (idée geniale), plus de savons dans la douche. Lit supérieur pas fait à l'arrivée. Bref je ne recommande pas.
