ibis budget Rennes Cesson

The location is excellent. Within a 2 minute walking distance of a supermarket and half a dozen food establishments. With an Ibis budget you know what you are going to get. What I didn't expect was a skip outside, a lobby full of building materials and a staircase covered in building mess and smells. Oh, and the builders started hammering and sanding at 0800 on a Saturday morning. The room was as expected, no issues but an email to say that building work was going on would have given me the choice to go elsewhere or not.

Very tired and grubby. Staff was friendly. Needs a refurbishment.

Overnight stay, on our way from Condor Ferries, St Malo, to Disneyland Paris. The room was small, but served us well. Shower not for claustrophobic people. Nice and basic breakfast.

Basic budget hotel with friendly Helpful staff.Pillows very flat and need replacing. Near large shopping centre and restaurants. Nice receptionist Made me a lovely coffee for free when the drinks machine would not work one morning.😘 Didn’t try breakfast but looked ok ,basic continental and only €7. Would stay again .

It's a little bit old inside, but everything is clean and works. The location is convenient for a large shopping centre. There is Air conditioning in the room.

Excellent value , but a very ragged blanket on the single bed and the TV was impossible to work

The hotel is very budget and the room we had was in need of refurbishment, The shower cubicle seemed very small compared with similar hotels likewise the room. However the staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast good and superior to that of other budget hotels Well located adjacent to the rocarde, easy to find.

basic but comfortable

When I go to France I do stay in ibis hotel before but never in Rennes but this hotel was bad from the first time I arrived they did not had my booking because my name was spelled wrong and I had difficulty communicating with the staff of this hotel because they don't speak inglês at the end I had to phone the emergency number it was at the door.then I got the room number 102 smelled of cigarettes the hallway was bad but very bad smell of cigarettes the shower was not working and not towels for 3 people but only 2 because we arrive late they didn't had a reception person the man who open the door for us was drunk and smell of wine very bad experience on this hotel I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because off the bad smell.

Très bon accueil, chambre impeccable, on a l'impression que tout est neuf tellement l'entretien est très bien fait. Même le personnel de ménage est souriant et poli, ce qui peut montrer l'implication de tous les acteurs de cet hôtel. Grande TV dans les chambres, lits très confortables moi qui souffre souvent du dos.

Arrêt repos sur le trajet des vacances. Très bon hôtel au calme et proche restaurants et autoroute.

Proximité du CC et de nombreux restaurants ; balades agréables le long de la Vilaine - Accueil sympathique ; chambre confortable avec un grand lit, grand écran ; petite salle de bain ; très bon buffet petit dejeuner

Pratique pour participer à un congrès ou pour visiter la ville en famille simple mais efficace l'ensemble est très satisfaisant dans les notes proposées je n'ai pas compris la notion des correspondables qui dans le cas d'une chambre est un gadget

Bonjour, J'ai fait une fausse déclaration,car je ne sais où écrire pour faire une réclamation,car je n'ai pas pu avoir ma chambre étant donné que je n'avais pas de code d'accès ainsi que pas de chambre,j'ai été obligé de prendre un autre hôtel ,qui m'a coûté très cher . Je voulais essayer votre hôtel pour la première fois car j'aurais besoin de vos services dsl mais je suis tellement déçu et espère être remboursé de la chambre ainsi avoir une compensation de votre part.
