The room stank of smoke and the sheets were not put for the bunk bed. No proper lighting in the room

Staff is very friendly

I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast.

My reservation could not be found or confirmed in the system, probably due to too many modifications. But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

Booked for 6 nights, had to leave after 4 because transportation was super inconvenient

Not all Ibis hotel are good.This hotel had bad toilet smell and no ventilation of air. Noisy too. The bed was small and we are petite size even! The only good thing was location.

Good when on budget but cleanliness can be improved.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! The beds were tiny and not comfortable at all, the cushions might as well have not been there as they were so thin and the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and had mould on it! We stayed here 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned by the staff and the bathroom in a caravan is a lot better than this, very very disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel, I promise this will be the worst decision you make if you stay here. Appalling!

On of the worst property, No one knows english. cancelled booking we fighted and got the room in late night

The staff were rude, the rooms were disgusting and seriously unclean, the showers were broken, every thing was old and unhygienic and looks nothing like the pictures. Tried to complain but the staff didn't understand what we were saying. We checked out the day we checked in and didn't even stay as it was that horrific. Do not stay here. Rang hotels.com and they were even less helpful. Still awaiting refund!

It was good

The room is clean and budget friendly. Though there’s no water kettle in the room, the staff was nice to tell us where the hot water is in the lobby.

A fairly standard Ibis Budget hotel, free parking, and clean. Staff in reception overnight. A bit of noise from corridors. Overall, good for the money.

I booked a 2 night stay in August 2018 through ebookers which was all paid for until I got to the hotel where the member of staff tried to make me pay for the whole booking. I knew that I already paid ebookers however he tried to say that I only made a reservation and that it needed to be paid now. After sometime looking through his systems and after showing our bank statement he then said he was looking at the wrong page. I got the impression that he was trying to make me pay again. We got to the room on the 2nd floor room 227 and it was absolutely filthy. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. However stayed in Ibis Budget hotels before in the UK where rooms are clean this was the complete opposite. The floor, walls and ceiling was stained with blood splattered from dead mosquitos. I was lucky that we took our electrical mosquito swatter which we used to get rid of at least 10 mosquitos. They did not bother to clean the room, the floor behind the bed was in need of a vacuum. The room was extremely hot and had no AC or fan and we couldn't open the window to ensure we do not add to the mosquito infestation. This hotel is extremely terrible and I would advise to avoid at all costs. It was so bad we did not return to stay on our 2nd night!!! The only positive was the free parking.
