The staff members were nice and polite. The problem was the hotel room and facilities. Stuffy, with only one very small circular window, so it was very claustrophobic for two. Minimal amenities, no complimentary water, no fridge and no kettle. It was just like a student hostel, but only slightly cheaper than other hotels in Lille, so we regretted our choice. We have stayed in Ibis hotels elsewhere, but have rarely felt so uncomfortable.

Excelente ubicación. Cómodo y agradable. Solo le pediría a Ibis. Que pusiera más atención en la acústica de las habitaciones. Se escucha mucho ruido de los pasillos y de otras habitaciones al cerrar la puerta. Puede ser un poco incómodo.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite sufficient although fairly unexciting. The rooms were small and very basic, but clean. Staff were excellent, good English and very willing to help.

A decent low budget hotel. Everything worked. Absolute centre of Lille. All staff were lovely. Our bed was a bit dippy, but I slept like a log following all the walking we did!
