A 5 star ibis. Tremendous effort by the staff here to provide a near luxury experience. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Communal areas are like a boutique hotel, not a chain. Large car park with electric chargers. On a retail park so numerous shopping options on the doorstep.

nice selection for breakfast and fresh fruit as well.

Easy to confuse its locations with the Ibis Budget which is super close! But this one is much nicer. Great little restaurant- staff extremely friendly- very comfortable room. Would stay again.

Checked in and when we arrived in room the room had not been cleaned. Dirty pillow case still on floor. Pillows smelt of greasy hair. I went to reception and the lady came to the room with me she said this was normal. We requested a different room and were given a disabled room that was tiny. The hotel was not even half full she could have given us any room but was not happy we had complained. We were woken at 6 am by a fire alarm and the whole hotel were outside. We used the bar and restaurant and the food was excellent

An ok hotel for an overnight stay. The best part is the proximity to a Carrefour supermarket to get food and snacks. The worst part is that the rooms are extremely basic without even tea and coffee making facilities

All works very efficiently. Very friendly staff. Restaurant has improved significantly (ordering and arrival of food was a bit chaotic on my last visit).

Standard French near autoroute hotel. Restaurant menu promising but really let down by chaotic (but friendly) service. No drink offfered, offered the dessert menu before my main had arrived etc. Would visit again if they can fix this.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and been really pleased with the experience. This time it was mixed. The public room was pleasant and it was good to see a real fire. When we arrived we had a drink from the bar and were lucky to get seats next to the fire and were nice and cosy. Unfortunately, the rest of the room was chilly as evidenced by the number of blankets stored in baskets. Our room had an unpleasant odour and put it down to perhaps a broken seal on the drains. We did not complain about this but should have done. The room itself was nice and clean and the shower was lovely however the air con did not seem to be operating properly and the room was cold. The bed was comfortable but the mattress protector made it sweaty. There was ceramic bowl hanging from a hook which was empty and served no purpose except to be an obstruction. The staff were efficient and spoke good English.

Hotel with a plenty of free parking. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Very small room. I don’t think it’s possible to control the temperature because we tried to turn on the air/fan or turn the heat off because the room was so hot. I appreciate the heat in the winter but it got too hot to sleep during the night. We opened the small window to let some air in but the car noises outside was loud. Staff was very friendly. They do serve dinner and breakfast at their restaurant.

Repeat visit. Would not be a frepeat if did not like it.

Perfect layover when driving back to the U.K. from Spain. Clean, good food, friendly staff, plenty of parking and pet friendly.

Easy stop close to the motorway and with an ok, reasonably priced restaurant. Decent rooms that can take 3 adults.

It's an OK hotel from outside, inside, however, rooms are very small -- barely any space left after a double and a twin beds, a small table, and a single chair. No coffee or tea in the room, no WiFi, no digital channels, heavy mold smelling bathroom with no lock and trash in the bin from previous occupants.Well, location is convenient.

We stay here 5 or 6 times a year on our way to and fro from Spain. It is convenient for the motorway and approximately half way for us. My husband likes the fact it has a bar and in the summer the pool, although small, is pleasant. We have ever eaten there as there is a Flunch restaurant almost opposite and it has a variety of meat and fish dishes with self service buffet of accompaniments and you get vegetables and you don't have to have chips. Our only complaint is the fact we always seem to get a room on the top floor right at then end of the corridor. They do have a lift but it would be nice to get a ground floor room with a door to the pool.
