Great place well located. We walked from the hotel to the beach and to the old nice. The room was a bit too small with only one chair but other than that every thing was great including the breakfest.

This is a fab hotel in close walking distance to the centre of Nice. Clean, modern and great value for money. Yes the rooms are small, but they are functional, clean and housekeeping is provided daily. The pool is an absolute bonus too, provides much needed respite from the heat and bustle of a great city. Bar and breakfast was a super service and quality too. After reading previous negative reviews, ignore. This is a great little hotel.

The hotel was right next to the train station and easy access to go to the airport the next day. We were using the Hop on Hop off bus and the stop was right opposite the door Liked the escalators from the street

Just beside the train stations, walkable to every where in nice , just 20 minutes to Monaco and 35 minutes to Cannes easy connecting to French Riviera . front desk very attentive and friendly thank you ❤️

Standard room has no kettle, and no drinking glass nor cups for tea/coffee (in the room). The only cups that were available were the paper cups that were located in the toilet, I guess that's for brushing your teeth. Went to the reception area to ask for a dash of milk for my cup of tea and staff member was so rude and wouldn't give me anything. Was not helpful at all. Won't stay at this place in the future.

For an overnight in between cities, this location just a block from the train station is ideal. The front desk agent was generously accommodating when we arrived 2 hours early just hoping to drop our bags until 3PM. Instead, he gave us a room immediately on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city all the way to the sea. The furniture is small and sparse, but fine with us for a short stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a long double sink vanity. The lobby bar was welcoming and fairly reasonable with prices, and it also worked as a quiet place to work or meet during the day.
