Booked 2 twin rooms but they only had 1 reserved, showed them my confirmation and they managed to give us 1 doubke instead of a twin. Room was quite tired looking, walls very thin so you can hear other people in their rooms constantly, which is annoying when you and your family need to sleep. I did complain and we were told we didn't have to pay for breakfast. Good positioning however, close to train station, friendly, helpful staff

I had to wait about 40 minutes in the lobby, as per the hotel Expedia has not sent the confirmattion of my room. Luckily there were empty rooms if not I let you imagine. The person in charge in the hotel has called in front of me to expedia to show that the issue was not coming from the hotel but from Expedia.

Parking was hard here.

Very happy with everything about our stay. Good location by the river and 2 RER stations. Secure underground parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

AS WE ARRIVED WE WERE GREETED BY NIGHT MANAGER AND SHOWN TO OUR ROOM ,WHICH WAS SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN AND WELL LAID OUT.THE BED WAS REALLY COMFORTABLE AND IT WAS VERY QUITE WITH WINDOW CLOSED SO A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. BREAKFAST IS A FRENCH STYLE BUFFET (NO COOKED FOOD ) BUT VERY TASTY AND HEALTHY AND PLENTY OF IT ,PLUS UNLIMITED TEA AND COFFEE UP TO 12 NOON. FOR YOU SMOKERS THERE IS A LOVELY OUTSIDE SITTING /EATING AREA IF YOU WISH TO USE IT(MOST OF THE GUESTS DID WHEN I WAS THERE) MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY POOR AT ENGLISH (OR JUST THE ONES I SPOKE TO ANYWAY) THAT ASIDE MY STAY WAS ENJOYABLE AND FRIENDLY. IT IS WELL PLACED FOR DAY OUT BY THE RIVER AND ACCESS TO THE METRO ABOUT 350 METERS.

Nice hotel, very clean room, comfortable bed. It would have been appreciated to be able to enter, the doors were locked when I arrived from Montreal, Canada. An employee came fifteen minutes later. The food was alright.

Nice staff need updated equipments and a coffee machine

Poor amenity, i was in the 5th floor and the elevator was not working.

Good for business stay as it had facilities we could use such as breakfast included in the price. One night we could order drinks to the room and the other night we couldn't. Confusion between rules and staff.. I do worry about the safety of my things in the hotel as it seemed easy to get in and out of the hotel even if you weren't a guest. But overall for business it met the standards and would probably recommend for colleagues to go too when there again.

The hotel is very close to a major road leading to highway going to Paris, very convient if needein to reach the highway, but it can get noisy, request a room towards the inner garden to have it quiet. Shower was a bit small.

Average hotel with friendly staff. 25 min drive to disneyland. Basic breakfast buffet. Car park is underground and €8 daily charge but really small bays. Rooms are small but very clean with soft nice bed.

Pleasant and helpful staff; quite spacious underground carpark, but pedestrian access from the hotel by rather dark spiral concrete stairway. Romm comfortable, but a pity there was no coffee making facility.

We had booked a room with a double bed and a single bed, the single bed was locked under the desk and we were told we could not access it. It was however unlocked the second night but as 2 beds were required and booked I feel we were let down and the hotel receptionist on that night was useless.

Courteous staff, but hotel condition was only fair to average. The hotel suffers from a bad location, many miles outside Paris (easily reachable by RER, but not if you don't know the Paris transport system which can tend to be opaque) and it's situated right next to a busy dual-carriageway constantly jammed throughout the night by noisy international freight lorries. Oh. and despite the no-smoking policy, the room had a faint and unpleasant smell of stale tobacco.

Booking online was very easy. The room was small but comfortable. The walk to the train was a little long but it's a nice area. Had to take a taxi back because the train stopped running for the night. Make sure you check the schedule!! The bed was very comfortable and clean and so was the bathroom. The service was great because we were able to get a beer at 1:00 am in the lobby! Breakfast was very nice and all the staff members were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
