ibis Orange Sud

Great wee hotel, but have to say, stayed here for 3 days & 3 nights & not once did the maid come till our room till change beds, leave clean towels or bring toilet pape.

Overnight stay. No issues and comfortable. Staff excellent.

Tired hotel, ok for one overnight when travelling.

Small room air conditioning no sufficient.

15 minutes from motorway interchange the Hotel first impressions were good. Car park easily accessible although opportunity to secure the area overnight is missed as the gates are automatic. Allocated ground floor room, perfectly adequate and represented good value for money. Cleanliness was average with the spare toilet roll brown from so much dust. A little more attention to detail without costing any money required

A very good quality mid-range hotel. Sservice was very good, staff helpful. Location just off autoroute; convenient to access the nearby wine regions. Breakfast was good, for a reasonable fee. A good option in this area.

Property is a little bit tired but it’s not a problem as it has all you need. The young lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and made check in very easy

We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and they apologized, helped arrange another hotel for one night, then worked with Victoria to get us back there to Orange Sud for the next 5 days. When we returned, the manager Aida was super helpful in taking care of us for the rest of our stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. The breakfast offered a very good selection and was of very good quality. The pool was nice at the end of a hot day. Again, Aida and Victoria were topnotch and took very good care of us; if it wasn't for the two of them our vacation would have been ruined. I would return here given the overall positive experience with them. The other woman on duty the first night, was not so nice and her lack of customer care kept me from giving this a higher score.

Lovely hotel.. quiet with all the necessary amenities. We particularly loved the restaurant.. the food was tasty and the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again

Unbelievably convenient to A7 - welcoming reception - good dinner - spotless room

The reception staff were very helpful. I am currently recovering from knee surgery and as soon as I approached the desk on crutches they said they would change our room which was in the first floor to a ground floor room. I had not requested any special arrangements but they went out of their way to assist us.

Nice bright clean hotel with excellent staff and super breakfast. The only downside was the slight smell of rotten eggs in the surrounding area.

Great location for travelling through France to Spain. The room was slightly shabby, though clean, could not get the aircon to cool the room down, so very hot and stuffy.

The room had a very strong smell of tobacco smoke. Very unpleasant.

Fantastic service and great ambiance

I've been staying here for years and have always had great experiences. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, spacious parking, a fine restaurant attached, very convenient to the Autoroute and a large, modern shopping center. The bar is quite nice, too. This is a perfect business hotel that I plan on using for years to come.

The hotel was being refurbished so there was a smell of paint in the air. The night reception was terribly unhelpful. Overall not a stay worth remembering.

This was a very clean establishment. The room had everything we needed. The room was small but this is Europe. The front desk clerk was very helpful and spoke very good English. The attached restaurant was nice although neither waiter could speak much English but between us all we had no problem ordering a very fine dinner. It was located right next to a shaping mall but apparently most everyone closes Sunday afternoon.

Very efficient and pleasant staff, predictable well executed IBIS operating model. Location is close to the main highways but we experienced no traffic noise.

Predictably sound service and facilities as is usual at IBIS. Our visit coincided with the visit of a group of vintage cars and entourage, which the staff took in their stride. Easy to access and a simple drive back into Orange
