Great stay conveniently located near a metro station that takes you straight to paris

The staff were so nice and informative. They were always polite and courteous.

Beds where too hard, no outlet in bathroom. Breakfast was okay but not worth the 11 euros. Too far away from your main attractions. Good way to learn the metro system. Pretty easy. Overall pretty clean.

I have been many times to Paris, and have stayed in the Gennevilliers area twice before, but the Ibis Paris Gennevilliers is much superior than other comparable budget hotels in the area. It is located conveniently close to a metro station, so it gives good connection to the Paris centre ville. A big Carrefour supermarket is just in front, making things quite convenient. At the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was small, as expected, but comfortable. The breakfast was a bit on the low side, but it was still alright. Overall, the quality-price ratio was very good. I would stay here again.

I like this hotel is was not in the city Paris but it very close to a metro station. It was a quiet neighborhood. Is has 2 supermarkets close by and some restaurants too. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very cleans and confortable. The air condition was not cooling very much though. overall was great

A bit far from city center, but overall I enjoyed. I don’t mind staying here again.

A lovely Hotel cean and comforable close to Metro train service, super market close by also plenty of eating places helpful staff as we dont speak French , would recomende.

Very helpful people at the front desk. Willing to help you, nice service. Breakfast was really good I really liked it but a little bit overpriced but overall I give it thumbs up I will go back there. We were able to take Metro train to go to the center of Paris very convenient location. Very close to the supermarkets, you can walk to them no problem. Easy to get to and go from. The room was small but we only needed it to sleep at night cause we're out all day. WiFi works well and good parking lot.

The Hotel is very nice, our only problem was that the weather was warm and during the time I went they do not provide AC service only heater.

Lovely staff and great location. Hotel was clean, though very warm. Top floor was like a sauna! Also parking is €9

The worst hotel experience I ever had very dirty very loud all bad stuff you can imagine stay far away from this place

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing it was missing vegan options. I couldn’t buy a breakfast as they had not many options. Otherwise everything was fine, room was cleaned every day. Hotel location is a bit too far from city center as it takes about 40min to get to city center but it’s not hotel fault as transport is a bit slow and I didn’t choose any closer.

The elevator was out of service so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. When we checked in the room was cold and the heat didn't work. However, the front desk guy was kind enough to bring us 2 heaters to make it warmer. The breakfast was 10 Euro each and did not have a big variety which is pretty much throughout Europe. The room was clean and the property was also clean. The staff were very professional & helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport and helping us with how to get around the city via the metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room close to Paris. The metro is a short 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket is right across the street. There are a couple pizza and sandwich shops close by.

Nice hotel , not luxurious but good value for money!

Hotel rooms and facilities are quite good. Restaurant had a good choice.. Neither Air-con nor just the fan wasn't working and the room was quite warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Tried keeping the window open, but the outdoor noise considering the location of the hotel on the main road was an issue. Would stay again as long as the HVAC is sorted out.

Good hotel with a good location near train station. Staff were respectful. Room air conditioning was not working and no fridge but it was clean and big enough.

Hotel is very close to metro Les Agnettes. Small little hotel but clean, convenient, buffet was decent not that I ate much there since I had to be in downtown paris early and have so many food allergies but they did have some gluten free bread options for me. Right across from a major grocery store which was great too! Girls that work there were very friendly.
