A very good stay in the central city district. All amenities are very close. Staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to answering questions beyond the hotel needs. Hotel comfortable and clean. No cause for complaint. The room modern with a good bed and the bathroom is in a very workable format. We would return here again without concern. A great stay.

Hotel has a good location with easy walking access to restaurants and sites of interest - we used the municipal car park which is underground and directly opposite the hotel but it is expensive - circa 25 euros per night. The bedroom was small - not much room for a suitcase.

Decent place. The rooms are a bit sparse and cheap feeling. Our non-smoking room didn't smell but the hallways, lobby, and lobby spaces reek of old smoke. Walkable (5-10 mins) from the main dining areas but would probably pay a little more to upgrade to a closer hotel that doesn't smell. Reminds me of being a kid in hotels from 20 years ago.

Marc and Gérard were so helpful and welcoming to us, arriving after a long drive and confused about the parking. We brought our dog and she got a welcome pack and gift, which included local vet info in case it is needed. Good location to have a walk around town and find dinner. Bike lockers much appreciated. Would stay again if we did a stopover in Epernay.

The hotel is perfect for visiting the avenue and the town, there is a public car park underneath which if you validate your parking within 24hrs is pretty cheap, €14 for 48hrs. The rooms are small but you’re only sleeping there. My only real issues were the towels are small and thin and you only get two, also the mattress has a kind of plastic protector on which makes it very hot to sleep. The sheet isn’t big enough so moves in the night and you end up sleeping on plastic.
