It was cold in the hotel

Location is perfect near the Christmas markets and the shopping

the room was very clean and serviceable. Small. No amenities (such as tissues, or a refrigerator for medications, etc.) for such a high price.

Located right next to the Petite France, nice, clean and quiet hotel.

Our hotel room was nice and clean. Staff was nice but breakfast is quite average and many times dishes were dirty. There are two hotels in the building and in our second day, some random person from the street entered many times from the second hotel side. Stole coffee, food including dishes and left. There is nothing to secure your stuff during the hotel breakfast.. Parking is quite expensive and the voucher hotel gave us for discount did not work.

Great location. Walkable to station and all shops. Staff very helpful and forgiving of my terrible attempt at French! Super kind and friendly. Room was clean and light and airy. Only gripe would be that it would be great to have a kettle in the room. Breakfast tasty and attached restaurant lovely with delicious food and great service.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place!

Hôtel is well located. Worked well for visiting the Christmas markets. Our room was very small. It was hard to move around the bed. Bed had one flat pillow on each side, one towel, and only shampoo. Not sure if this chain is pretty basic, but just know that is what you’ll get, the bare minimum. Breakfast is good and well stocked. It does cost extra each day you go. If your expectations are properly set, and you don’t mind the grievances listed above, you’ll be fine.

The hotel is walkable to the city main area, clean and breakfast is great and has many variety. The staff weren’t that friendly! We arrived early so the rooms weren’t ready, we had to wait for the room to get ready! During that time, the washroom wasn’t accessible unless you buy something from the bar!!! The rooms are very small as well and has no room for our bags.

2 women in my room and only 2 towels given to us. Unacceptable. Same things w pillows. We each got one. Very bare bone basics. For over $300, we should get at least 4 towels and 4 pillows

While I understand that the size of rooms in Europe are small, this would be considered mini. No hot water kettle or coffee. Not even in the lobby unless you go to the restaurant. Location was probably the best thing about this hotel. Easy walk to the train station and easy walk to just about anything you want to see and the city center. I caution you about getting a room on the first floor at the end of the hall. If there’s anything going on in the restaurant/bar below, you will hear everything and won’t sleep much.
