All was very good except the parking which was not a good experience. We left the car elsewhere.&

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our belongings inside) as reception appeared to have no record of the late checkout booking.

Friendly helpful staff

Room a little basic with few amenities - no facilities for tea/coffee. Bit cramped for two but room clean and beds comfy. Location very good for visiting the hospital, which was the purpose for our stay. Breakfast nice with enough choice. Little hot food but can make your own eggs.

We spent 2 nights here and it was great for what we wanted. Somewhere with on-site parking and close to the Lyon Metro. This hotel met both requirements; it has an underground secure parking facility for €10 per night and Hénon Metro station is just a few metres away. Staff were friendly and included breakfast a bonus ( and delicious)

Pas de pression dans la douche. Évier bouché. Petit dej moins bien qu’avant.

Moquette dans la chambre d'un sauyre age et d'une proprete tres douteuse. Stationnement dans le parking tres difficile d'accès Accueille agréable, mais personnel ne disposant d'aucune inititive. Ne merite pas 3 etoiles

On en a pour son argent. Acceuil très chaleureux. Par contre chambre bruyante ( voisin et ascenseur). Oreiller peu qualitatif. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Parking très difficile.

Worn out rooms an there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drains that made de whole room smell. Staff was unbothered and not welcoming.

Le gros problème est le parking, il n'y a aucune indication pour se rendre vers les emplacements réservés à l'hôtel également pas de signalisation indiquant la direction de la sortie. De plus la porte basculante de sortie était bloquée.

Très mauvaise Literie. Douchette avec faible débit et difficile pour lavage des cheveux. Petit déjeuner sans reassort 45 minutes avant la fin de service : plus de pain, plus de brioche et pain de mie. Pas de plat chaud , pas de yaourt ni fruits frais. En bref impression de séjourner dans un " budget " alors que c'est noté "style". Pas au niveau.

Bon rapport qualité / prix. L’hôtel se trouve à côté du métro. La chambre était très petite mais fonctionnelle. Bonne literie et bien insonorisée. Le petit déjeuner était impeccable : beaucoup de choix, service sympathique et bon.

Chambre propre et accueil tres sympatique. Parking tres etroit. Des odeurs déagreables de remontees dans les WC (idem pour une autre chambre d'un collegue).
