ibis Styles Paris Batignolles

Room was basic but had a major ant problem.

Area was great, we stayed in a triple room as 3 adults it was enough for a cheap few nights away! The one really big let down was the bathroom it had no ventilation at all so smelled really mouldy and of course got really steamed up and damp when used. Breakfast was great which we didn’t actually try until our 3rd and final day unfortunately I wish we had tried sooner but there were really nice bakeries on the neighbouring streets that we rushed to try instead. Would stay again and hope for a better bathroom

Staff was very helpful. Helped us keep our luggage safely before we came back for check in. Room was small though, but it was clean. Steps away from subway and bus station with great connectivity to most tourist locations.

Good bang for buck, but the rooms are very small.

The hotel is near a train station and bus stop which was really helpful. The staff is profesional and nice. The hotel rooms are quite old or at least the ones we stayed in but the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good.

Great little hotel. Breakfast is very very good. Clean. Cute. Very friendly staff. Room is size was surprisingly good for Paris standards. We were 3 adults and we couldn’t not find a 3 bed bedroom (husband and myself and my 21 year old daughter) ibis had it. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room we first checked in was so small that there is no room to even open flat 1 luggage on the floor. Somehow the weather got quite hot for a few days in that week. The room was very stuffy, but couldn’t turn on the AC in the room (even there’s a notice posted right below the AC contril that under local regulations AC should be provided from April 10 to Oct 31). I called front desk, the staff kept saying a few guests complained it was too cold and turned on the heater. I don’t understand the reason; that was last week and why they couldn’t turn on the AC (we were here in mid October). Anyway, the staff offered another room in the next building to us. Still, no AC but at least the room is half bigger in size . The window is bigger in the room and there is a window in the bathroom to air the room out easier. The elevator is quite weird . It stops at half floor ; since we are at the top (5th floor) we have to walk up half the stair flights. Then the worst came in the last night . It was past midnight. We decor walk down the stairs to the outside building The fire alarm went on for over 15 mins and no staff came out to give any comments. I paid about $230 a night and this really not worth the cost. Overall, the building and facilities are very old overall. The only one good point is very close to Metro line 13. I wouldn’t stay there again .

The service from everyone I came into contact at this hotel was first class. From checking in, they couldn’t have done any more. I had an issue with my room key getting back into my room after a morning run and they sorted it out for me straight away and had a laugh with me about it. Also gave me a free gift for my son who wasn’t even with me. I’ve stayed in this part of Paris numerous times as it’s a good location near the metro and cheaper than right in the centre, and would without question stay here again.

I found the property to be very welcoming, breakfast average with no cooked breakfast option, no facilities in rooms, kettle,tea,coffee etc all in all a good stay but could do with a few adjustments

Small room

I was very suprised how well organised the hotel was. The breakfast are looked amazing and the variations were perfect! Overall very happy that we stayed here.

Clean, tidy, comfortable bed, nice front desk staff, breakfast was fine but coffee not too tasty. Small rooms.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati bene. Abbiamo trovato iIl letto molto comodo e, anche se la camera è piccola ed essenziale, la pulizia è stata impeccabile. La colazione è abbondante e abbastanza varia per essere un 3 stelle. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile. Inoltre la metro è vicinissima e a pochi passi c'è un ottima brasserie e patisserie.

Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Chambre 255 calme, spacieuse et lumineuse (sauf: on n'aime pas la moquette au sol dans les chambres d'hôtels). Le personnel sympathique et serviable.

Personnel accueillant. Belle grande chambre. Bon PDJ. Hôtel facile d'accès. Établissement établi en 3 "petits bâtiments". Je recommande !

Ma chambre n'est pas grande mais ellebest agreable L'hotel est bien situé a proximité des transports en commun et les solutions de restauration sont multiples.
