ibis Styles Paris Roissy-CDG

Ibis Styles hotels do not disappoint. Staff was helpful, amenities were good, room was clean and comfortable, shuttle buses from Paris CDG airport are very convenient to get to and from there. This was my second time staying in an Ibis Styles during my trip, and both times were great. Will definitely consider again for my next trip flying from Paris!

The hotel is outdated and in poor repair. The staff is okay.

There was barely anything to eat for breakfast, the shuttle was far from the hotel, and the shuttle times were terrible.

Pretty good for the price... just don't look at the carpet too closely... Extremely convenient to get to the airport since the 9502 bus stop is <100m away. The shopping center is a 30 minute walk, which was really nice for some exercise.

Great breakfast

Very very basic hotel with small rooms. They pretend to have a shuttle on level 5 at the airport but there is no level 5 and no one can find the shuttle. I took a taxi. Even the front desk lady at the hotel admitted that no one can find it.. Beds are ok.

We just needed a place to stay for one night before heading to the airport. The hotel was accessible for us by the city bus on route 32 from the train station which was convenient and there was a shuttle available the next morning to take us to the airport. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was easy. The restaurant at the hotel was very helpful and not too expensive. The breakfast which was included in the morning was convenient however not much selection. The hotel room was very small however that is to be expected in France. It was nice that we had 3 single beds for my family of 3. The sheets however were stained and the bathroom was clean however showing a lot of wear.

The lady at the reception ( on the evening) was a gem, very smiley helpful and responsive as i booked last minute and arrived after midnight! the rooms were clean ! perfect for a practical lay over !

the hotel is dirty and so was the room. staff was rude during check in and was not a pleasant stay. beds were very uncomfortable

The room is very cramped.

A/C was not working, shower was not working and carpets in hallway were musty. Positive side-breakfast was very good.

Just note about breakfast. Very very poor breakfast. No eggs, no bacon nor vegetables. This hotel used to have a great breakfast , but not anymore.

The hotel was dirty, misscared. The room small and hot. Breakfast poor and messy.

The rooms were very well done.

It was a nice hotel near the airport.

Convenient for a short stay on a layover. The onsite restaurant was great.

Check-in took more than 60 minutes. Only one staff dealing with a long queue.

Receptionist took credit cards at check-in to cover incidentals and charged us a second time for the rooms. As of this morning they have refused to refund the overcharge. Can you help with this issue?
