Staff friendly and helpful, room is clean Quiet place

Shower had issues, random person walked into my locked room, lights didn’t always work.

The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned everyday.

The room was nice and clean although the pillow was too soft for my liking, they do provide an extra pillow however. The breakfast was average ( boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, croissant, pain au chocolate, tea coffee, water, bread cheese, fruit and yoghurt). To get to Geneva city centre there is the number 64 bus next to the hotel which takes you to a tram which you then board to get to Geneva Cornavin. To get to the airport, the hotel provided me with a link to book the shuttle bus which cost €30 for 2 people with small luggages. In the bathroom there is only showergel and you need to close the toilet lid for it to flush properly. All in all fine for a 1 night stay before going to the airport

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size, very clean, and a great free breakfast. Good transport links to Geneva a short 15 minute walk away in Hauts-de-magny

Far from airport

Food poor in evening. Staff good. The accommodation is ok but there are a lack of places to dine in the area..

Stay was fine. Staff were great. I booked in a rush and didn't realise this is no where near the airport (French side) - late at night no public transport options, so if you stay here budget an extra 35CHF for taxi to get to the airport. I think the problem is less ibis and more the listing in Hotels.com

Beds not very comfortable

All are very good.

This hotel is grand for an airport stay and a typical Ibis but the receptionist when we arrived was one of the rudest and most unhelpful I have met in 20 years of travel. I enquired about the airport transfer which I was told after several attempts was €25, left only hourly and I would need to book 24 hours in advance which at check in after 4pm, is highly improbable if not impossible for most. The receptionist was so arrogant and impersonal about the whole exchange I got fed up even trying so just decided to get an Uber which was €5 cheaper and left whenever I wanted to I highly recommend doing the same. Tony the barman on the other hand was fantastic and head and shoulders above the pompous individual who is the face of your business when arriving.

Personel de salle pas tres sympathique au petit dejeuné. Aprés une semaine en Suisse ca vous ramene vite à la realité française.

cest en fait l'ancien premier class qu'ils ont transforme en ibis style mais sans le standard d'ibis style. J'ai l'impression que c'etait plus un ibis budget qu'un style

El hotel tiene un aviso de traslados aeropuerto/hotel cosa que NO ES CIERTA deben quitar esta publicidad que es engañosa.

Pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Valise au sol car aucun support adéquat. Pains et viennoiseries pas frais au petit-déjeuner. Isolation phonique inexistante tant vers l'extérieur que vers les voisins. Lit confortable. Je déconseille et hôtel

Uma boa opção para quem tem conexão mais longa em Genebra. Oferece um ótimo café da manhã. A atendente do café da manhã parecia trabalhar com má vontade. A da recepção prestou um atendimento bom.
