Difficult to find, signs from adjacent main road needed. Room small with almost no hanging space, no plug for bath, no air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Very freindly helpful staff. Good quite location

Staff helpful but understaffed particularly around meal times. Breakfast ran out & not replenished. Small dark room at back no air con tiny fan inadequate. Fortunately we had own large fan with us. Rooms at front appeared to have air on.

We were pleased to have a location in a country-side setting but close to restaurants and shopping but most importantly it was easy to drive into Perigueux itself. The hotel was easy to find from the N21 .

I booked a room with a double bed and view and instead received a handicapped room with two single beds and a view of a shed 6 feet from the window. Since I wasn't handicapped I found the bathroom less than functional and after each shower had to dry the floor because the shower lacked any sort of safeguard against splattered water and the floor sloped towards the toilet instead of into the drain. Although advertised as having in room air conditioning that was not the case and having to leave the window open to get some air during the current heatwave was uncomfortable given that the room was at ground level and backed onto the woods.

La chambre et la salle de bains sont assez exiguës. De plus dans la salle de bain une ampoule clignotait et la chasse d'eau n'arrivait pas à se remplir ce qui posait un problème d'évacuation de la cuvette. Aucun support pour poser la valise. Je ne vois pas ce qui justifie 3 étoiles.

Aussitot arrivés, nous sommes repartis. Nous n’y avons pas dormi. Chambre non rénovée, restée dans son jus des années 90’s. Bruit de chaudière dans la tuyauterie de la chambre, trous dans le sol à la jonction d’une cloison, araignées au plafond... piscine non accessible. Where is the Forest View??? Sérieux, vous abusez commercialement. C’est honteux. Nous sommes repartis et le personnel a fait un demande de remboursement compte tenu du mécontentement. A ce jour, je suis toujours débité, non remboursé. Ibis styles etant la marque premium, ce n’est pas a la hauteur du première classe du coin. En revanche, merci aux agents d’accueil soigneux et accueillants.
