Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating.

Two night stay at Tours to investigate points of historical and architectural interest.

Small, functional with good service. Nice to be able to enjoy a night cap in the bar area with my dog. A relaxed environment.

Around the city center

Usual Ibis hotel fayre. The air conditioning in our room 507 was so weak we had to sleep with the windows open. If you are like me and no stranger to 3 square meals a day, the shower cubicle may be a tight fit!

If you are looking for a convenient property by the Tours train station, then this place is for you! If you want an active night life or nearby restaurants, this place is NOT for you. Rooms and shower are small, even by European standards. Hôtel checkin was supposed to be noon, but it was after 15:00 before our room was ready.

The hotel is convenient for the station, the breakfast buffet was very good, the evening menu is limited. The staff were super friendly. The bedroom was small, the bathroom and shower tiny. Disappointed there was no kettle in room but I would stay again.

I find the place very well located for business visitors in Tours, walking distance to Train Station. As of now it will be my preferred destination whenever I am visiting Tours.

Room was quite compact

Was in Tours for business. Everything went extremely well except for the room thatcwas really small. thumbs up for the bar and nice selectikn of beers.

Very clean. Staff very good. Very very small space with barely enough to move around. You could never fall in the bathroom as there was only room for one person to stand between the sink, toilet & wall! Standalone shower good but door was so so small you had to go it sideways until you were in it. Despite this, it was very adequate for a one night stay. Restaurant in hotel a real plus.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. The neighborhood is a little on the rough side but it is very close to the train station and therefore very convenient. We felt quite safe even walking in the evening. The room was small but workable, and the bathroom was incredibly small but a very good use of the available space. They have a convenient breakfast option and free coffee/tea/juice in the lounge area.

Very good hotel, excellent service and check in experience, and excellent breakfast. The rooms are small, but this is really not very important to me. Not much in the area, but it was a convenient walk to the metro station

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the central train station (not the TGV station). Staff was helpful but room was a bit small.

Hotel was decent for the price. Not memorable but not what I was expecting from An ibis. It was a short walk from the train station staff was efficient and breakfast was very good
