Clean room, good location

This is one of the older Ibis hotels. The area was not nice and we had concerns for the security of our vehicle overnight. The food was very poor.

Hotel in middle of shopping area a bit strange but I side was excellent. Nice room, excellent shower, loved my breakfast and all the staff without exception were really friendly. A very nice stop over on my way to my daughter’s wedding in the south.

I stayed before at this property. This time arrived in daylight and could have a good look around. Shopping nearby excellent. Restaurant good choice of food, nearby choice good.

We had a very terrible welcome received when we arrived at hotel: there were 2 rude employees who didn’t want to allow us to check in because they couldn’t find our reservation in the system. This situation lasted for several minutes and it was very embarrassing for all my family. After a long discussion, they let us to have both rooms reserved but they gave us a lower level even we have paid a high level one with bathtub. Last but not the least, they started denying the breakfast for both rooms. However we also paid for this service. Again we had a long discussion and they agreed after we had to prove it showing them our invoice/email confirmation from Expedia. With that said, we would like to make it official and documented regarding our dissatisfaction on this hotel.

At first glance seems not best of places but the property is good. Clean and good service. Would go back and recommend to others.

Hotel was a reasonable budget hotel and good value for money. Service was very good but the food was very basic and not great.

It s a budget chain so you know what to expect but this branch does the basics well and then excels in staff attitude and helpfulness. Good breakfast, safe parking.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Staff were very helpful while maintaining good Covid regulations. The room was a good size and light and airy. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The bathroom was very clean and the water was good and hot! Not wanting to venture out too far with all the Covid restrictions we decided to eat at the restaurant and we were quite happy with the meal choice. We will certainly stay here again.

A central location for our Loire Valley trip. We liked its well-managed, clean, comfy and convenient hotel. A great value for its price and overall package.

the location is good, also close to downtown Tours. very clean, and spacious. the breakfast was ok. however, do not eat at their restaurant, we ordered steak and canard. we asked them to be cooked as medium, both dishes turned out overcooked.

This is a Ibis Hotel which is on par with all the other ones around France.They are dependable, safe and clean. This one though has an excellent restaurant attached to it. The place was packed with locals and the food was reasonable and really tasty.

Great stop/over on a long drive to south of France

Very nice quiet room and comfortable bed. Air conditioning was excellent with 40C temperature outside. Staff v helpful and will stay again when we are travelling through the area.
