Perfect: great value for money, a bit outside Lille / Roubaix and free/ safe parking which was very important to me. Room clean and quiet as well as comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay (2 nights for us). Was helping my kids move out of their flats from UNI.

Very clean and quiet. It has lots of free in sight parking and close to a small village with excellent bakery. Check in person very helpful. Building 3 stories with stairs to upper levels.

This was a one night stop on our way south - we have stayed before and enjoy seeing the horses nearby. The breakfast was very nice. the only issue was that the holder for the shower head was broken, so we had to hold it ourselves. A good budget friendly place in summary.

This hotel was chosen due to having a restaurant. It was closed. We were not notified before we arrived. This meant we had to travel out again that evening. In addition our free drinks for being silver members had to be chased for. check-in didn't feel welcoming. No drink making or kettle facilities in the room or elsewhere. Parking was convenient and secure though.

Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and we were arriving late. Found out, that on a Friday evening, the restaurant was closed - a little bit annoying. Luckily there is an amazing restaurant behind the hotel near the horse riding centre.

Safe parking, clean rooms but very strange layout building. You will never expect something like it when you book the place .The person next door to you will walk past your window to get to their room ,you had to relay on other residents being good people otherwise you will be wake same time as them .Not good impression when I got there and regretting booking the place but have to say that i had a good night sleep. Everything in the room worked fine but would not go back to the same place .

Aucun service, y compris la réception qui n'est pas ouverte le dimanche midi Nous avons demandé l'annulation de nos petits déjeuner en arrivant : impossible car paiement en ligne. Nous avons demandé de prendre un verre au bar le soir à 19h : impossible car le week-end c'est fermé. La salle de bain a des moisissures, le lit pour 2 est en fait 2 lits collés avec du linge individuel, le standing n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles. Environnement très bruyant. Bref, le seul avantage fut la distance entre notre soirée et l'hôtel !
