No kettle or tea /coffee facilities in room. But there was an area to make it when we asked. But not what we expected and we needed to fill a flask with hot water for our journey when we left and they made it a little difficult and eventually gave us a kettle to do it ourselves but in general a very good over night stay hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff

Great place to stay. Location is excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to the good stuff and convenient to the train station. Staff extremely welcoming and super helpful. The only drawbacks are the shower head, which must be held by hand when showering.

Very nice staff. Room A/C stopped working middle of the night and room became very warm & stuffy. Tiny room so this was not comfortable at all. Nice breakfast area. Ample gated parking.

Said to be a superior room!!! Damaged wallpaper, curtains hanging off, bathroom grouting dirty. Reception lady was nice and helpful but the room was horrible.

Room was clean but tiny ... we're travelling with two large suitcases and room was so small we had to stack them by the door as the room couldn't accommodate these size bags. I recommend to management to hang the TV on the wall and get rid of the desk allowing more room to move. Hotel was basic and clean for our 1 night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay more than the one night. Breakfast looked good but we had to leave early and couldn't enjoy it. Wifi was also very weak.

Upon arrival greeted by very helpful and friendly member of staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Had a few enquiries about things in the local area and all were answered in excellent English and all our questions dealt with easily by knowledgeable staff member. Will definately stay there again as it is convenient and well priced.

Good price hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Close to restaurants and food. Breakfast buffet over priced for cold food ( continental) only problem we had with the room was that the floor was too slippery for our dog. Bed large and comfortable. Hotel great for overnight stopovers
