I wish I could write a better review of this hotel.The location can't be beat, the staff overall is great, and the parking arrangements are excellent. Now the bad news: the hotel is a peculiar mix of historic architecture superimposed with modern furnishings/fixtures/decor. I was traveling with two friends, and we all paid the same price for our rooms. However, it turned out that my room, in an attic with a small dormer window and furnishings that were not at all cozy, was far inferior to the others, which I didn't learn until close to checkout. I spoke with the manager about a reduction in my bill, but to no avail. The experience cast a pall on all of Toulouse.

A wonderful “boutique” hotel with a quiet inner courtyard for drinks after a delicious dinner a few steps from the hotel. The room was huge by European standards. Slept very well. The pillows and linens were very nice. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive. A short walk to the many Toulouse highlights including the Pont Neuf, Garonne River,

Our room in the "annex" was awful. It was next to the dumpster. The carpet... my wife's comment please don't walk in the room without shoes on.

Very nice hotel in Toulouse. Fantastic and friendly staff. The hotel has seen its better days for wear and tear though. Carpets are stained and haven’t been changed in many years. Water stains on all the marble in the bathrooms is odd because one person armed with a spray bottle of polish and a floor or handheld buffer could restore the marble in 3-4 hours to look perfect. If they maintained it regularly would be so nice. AC controls don’t work. You have to ask front desk to control for your room. Phone didn’t work. Otherwise really great location and again wonderful staff.

Is an old hotel, located in downtown. Did not like the area and did not feel safe.

We had an excellent stay.

Hotel is both funky and historical with a Michelin star restaurant (impossible to get a booking though) - issue was the antiquated shower system, frankly it needs an upgrade (you still have that "radio" option in the bathroom!). Attentive staff, we should have asked them to fix the shower but only stayed one night so didn't bother.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Location was conveniently located next to center of town. Room could use some updating, particularly the uneven floor and well-worn carpet, and most especially the toilet (room 117), which was mounted to the wall rather than the ground and worryingly creaked and and showed signs of disconnecting from the wall (caulking splitting) everytime it bore weight. But overall we had an enjoyable and restful stay, thank you!

I don’t think the price was reflected in the quality of the hotel.

Stayed there for 4 nights, not worth €200 per night for the Superior room. carpet has a large patch of stain and it looks dirty, room lighting dark,dull and not pleasant , large bathroom area and the mattress were the pluses. No way it’s 5 stars hotel.
