Breakfast was really good clean room staff were very polite one off the best places I’ve stayed ( I travel 6 times a year ) the staff answered any questions even giving me advice on best places in Paris Deffinatly going again

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room's carpet was full of stains. Fine for a night.

While the staff was great (super helpful, warm--everything) and you can't beat the combo of having a kitchenette in your room and laundry services right near the front desk, I'd say that the place itself is a bit worn-down. For instance, the carpets were really dirty and had stains on them. Since I was staying for several days and couldn't bear looking at the stains, I cleaned them myself...and the majority of them came out. But why am I doing this? I don't blame housekeeping (who are really lovely, hardworking women) who are told to go into rooms an change towels and sheets and clean surfaces. It's really up to mangagement to go through the rooms and which rooms need extra attention (and hire a carpet cleaner! Or get new carpets!) I noticed (only later) that some reviews ALSO mentioned the carpets also, so it's not just me. Since it got 9 out of 10, I just booked it, pressed for time. This really could be a great option for budget travelers if the management just cared a bit more about upkeep.

Very good hotel

Great hotel located about 20 minutes or less from everything (when taking taxi/Uber). Great communication with staff, very professional and friendly. No problems encountered. Room was very clean, breakfast available for small fee. Hotel is near a bar, and you can hear them occasionally, however, it was nothing to complain about. They do have a hair dryer and iron, as well as laundry facilities on site, but you must have Euro's to use the laundry facilities. Hotel has a locked gate on both sides of the little alley from the reception area to the room side, so wanderers can't just walk in/out. You do get the gate code so if door is closed (desk agent has stepped away) you can still get in. Located by lots of restaurants and convenient stores. I would stay here again.

The room was very dirty. Stains in the sink, carpet & bed. Curtain half hanging on. Glad it was only for one night. When asked at the reception where can we find a local shop to buy drinks & restaurants to eat we got the response of “i’m not familiar with this area” all round disappointment. Huge lack of knowledge & hygiene

De douchekop kon je niet ophangen de vloer heeft ook zn beste tijd gehad zou dr absoluut niet met mn sokken op lopen. Bed lag verder goed. Maar als je naar La seine de musicale gaat is het wel een goed gelegen hotel. Ben er ook maar 1 nacht geweest. Wel supwrmarkt aan de overkant en restaurants in de buurt .

For starters, I love the location of where this hotel was. Your staff was very friendly and very welcoming. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was our shower area being American obviously were used to keeping the water in the tub and not all over the floor, the glass door didn’t really help to keep the water in the tub too much. It splashed out a lot because we were using the shower and a lot of the water was splashing out from the door and getting all over the floor so our towels were pretty much being used to stop the water from going everywhere. Other than that this hotel was in the perfect location where was fast enough to get to all your main attraction it was in an area where you had a couple of restaurant options to eat from plus a nice little café so overall my experience with this place, I would give it a 8 out of 10.

Room was nice but we had lots of spiders! Breakfast was very basic and the man was not very welcoming.

Staff and service is not very helpful. If you are first timer and looking for information, not a great option.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a budget stay but still nice hotel near the Paris city center. It’s also a great place to stay if you want the amenities that most rooms in Europe do not have, such as a mini fridge, stove, microwave, and dishes. The only downside is the 100 per night deposit..if you don’t have a credit card I could see how this could easily ruin someone’s trip.

Every thing was ok, but the room floor was pictured with Parkete coverings, but it was covered with very dirty carpet. This dirty floor was the worst I have ever seen.

When you arrive at reception, always have to wait for the guy to finish off other work before dealing with you. Carpets in room looking old and worn.

What I liked about this hotel, is the convenient kitchen area inside the room. However, I didn't like that the air conditioning system didn't heat and the shower was not delivering a steady temperature water, changing from cold to burning hot water in seconds. The staff didn't even pretend caring and didn't try to fix any of these issues.
