Das Zimmer war blitzsauber! Der Blick auf die Berge und die umliegende Landschaft war atemberaubend! Das Personal war überaus freundlich! Der großzügige und kostenlose Parkplatz war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig! Leider fehlten im Spa geeignete Umkleidekabinen und Duschen für Frauen.

The staff is super rude. Specially the bar tender. On the other hand, the hotel had a bad smell in the hallway. I won’t recommend to stay in this property. Avoid.

If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay

The hotel wasn"t bad but when I booked it said terrace but it didn"t have one so I had to pay 30 Euros plus to upgrade to a suite. More Hotels.coms fault than the hotels.

This is a great hotel to stay in a very peaceful area of Alsace. It is not a luxury property, and yes the bathroom is small but it is comfy and every room has a beautiful balcony and view. Bertrand, the host id a wonderful man who will offer you advice on the region, speak to you in French, English or German and share his smile with you. The restaurant is quite nice and we had a wonderful meal with local wine. Recommend this peaceful hotel highly.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt - die tolle Aussicht entschädigt für Defizite im Zimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war perfekt. Das Bad ist sehr klein - es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten - der Unterschrank vom Waschbecken ist defekt. Auch in der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für Duschgel und Shampoo. Die Herren an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und herzlich und wir wurden ausführlich über Ausflugsmöglichkeiten informiert. Beim Frühstück fehlt Gemüse (Paprika, Tomaten usw.) aber reichlich Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Neben Baguette gab es auch verschiedene andere Brotsorten.und verschiedene süsse Teilchen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
