It’s nicely set back from the main street so there was virtually no external noise. We stayed in room 1, which was one of the smaller ones but I have to say it was plenty big enough for us. The kitchen is well equipped for the odd meal and the bathroom was delightful.
In truth, it’s Eric that makes the place. He was so pleasant and attentive, advised us to some nice places to eat and drink and generally was excellent. 100% would recommend.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed during our stay - toiletries, a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, television etc. The freshly laundered bedsheets and towels smelled really nice it made us not want to leave the apartment. The apartment is located in a very safe area and a walking distance to and from restaurants, the market and the major sights. What made the stay even better was our extremely friendly and kind hosts who gave helpful tips on what to eat and places to visit. Will definitely be back here to stay when we visit Toulouse again in future! Highly recommended!

Outstanding apartment with lovely kitchen, bathroom and bed. Ridiculously high quality place with a real personal touch.
The guys were very flexible with our arrival, and easy for us to just leave when we needed to.
Location wise it's in a beautifully quiet street in Toulouse, close enough to walk anywhere in the city, with some great food places nearby.

Warm welcome from Eric, who showed us around the apartment & gave us lots of local info including maps. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped. It has good heating/air conditioning, and a pleasant little sitting out area in the pretty courtyard. It is located in a very quiet little street, but very close to shops, restaurants and fab bakeries. The tram stop is approx 5 mins walk, and the T2 runs to/from the airport every 10 mins. Only 1.60E p journey.The historic centre is 10 mins walk, and there is lots to see. Must see inside the Capitol, the murals are amazing. The food markets are fun, walking along the river, the cathedral & the basilica... If you get tired , jump on the free little electic bus, which does a 45 min circuit of the historic centre,

The accommodation is in a very private and calm area just outside the city center. The walk to the different attractions is around 10-20 mins and there are many restaurants, bakeries, markets etc close by.
The owner is more than happy to help you and we tried several of his recommendations. We were happy with each of them that we tried.
