Second time staying here. It was super clean and quiet. Staff was very welcoming. Also its very close to the beach which was great

Excellent location and nice staff

Amazing place near everything.

We booked a superior double room. It was not a large room, but it had everything that we needed. The bathroom was recently redone and wonderfully appointed; but for us a jacuzzi tub is wasted space. We got water everywhere when we showered, the glass wall next to the shower was about 6 inches too short. Water pressure and water temp for the shower was wonderful. There was a very small frig in the wall with items for sale inside. We could fit one of our own small waters inside but that was it. They have a no eating in the room policy. There is a tiny lift that took us up and worked just as needed to transport luggage. A huge win is the location. The hotel is on a very quiet street one block away from a delightful avenue full of busy restaurants and about two blocks away from the water. You can purchase a spot for your car in a nearby parking garage through the hotel. We struggled with that but I am sure the fault is ours in not knowing the city, the one way streets, and the procedures.

It’s definitely 3 star hotel. Location was great, very convenient as it’s close to almost everything. The hotel is run down. Even though we had the upgraded room, there was no storage space for our things so we were living out of our suitcases. If we ever go back to Nice, we definitely will not stay there.

Very quirky hotel. Staff was very nice. Not a lot of amenities, but the location was good. May not be everyone’s choice, but I found it kind of charming. For one night it was comfortable.

I have stayed at Le Maurice several times over the years. I love its art deco styling/theme. The staff are always very welcoming and the breakfast is superb. It is situated in a side street with a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais and there are countless cafes and restaurants in the immediate area.

We love the room and love the location.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to the beach, old town and great dining options right on your doorstep. Check-in staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very well located, just two blocks from the beach and a few meters from lot of restaurants and gift shops. Nice size room with comfortable beds, mini fridge, air conditioner and a really good shower!

Wonderful boutique hotel full of character. Impeccable service, great breakfast and very firendly staff!

The staff is amazing. The hotel is pretty good too. I did not give 5 stars because my initial room had a strong smoke odor. Had to request a change. The second one smells a little bit too (to cigarette smoke I mean). Some of the customers seem to ignore the “do not smoke” sign located in every corner. Don’t think the issue is due to the hotel and staff but is still there.
