Nice staff. Good location for an economical ski trip

So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost. The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift! I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper but it was fine. The second room was the same as the first even though they charge more for it, again rationed toilet paper, but to top it off the radiator wasn’t working. Raised the lack of heating to the lad on reception and he came and had a look and told me nothing could be done as their technician was away. He gave us an additional quilt but didn’t put a cover on it. My step mum spoke to him (in French) and all of a sudden the technician was available to come in. We spoke to him in the morning to check when the technician would be in and the lad said he’d already been in (must’ve come in while we were asleep) and changed the radiator. It still didn’t work. He said that it did work, even after showing him a video that I took in the morning of it not working. TL: DR the staff are unhelpful, don’t know anything aboht the local town, all the rooms are triples and the food is overpriced rubbish. Go the to cafe and boulangerie, it’s cheaper and better food.

Hôtel sympa, nécessaire un peu de remise en forme. Personnel super sympa et très accueillant. Pas loin de pistes de skis.

Confort litterie vraiment moyenne, les lits grincent fortement et les matelas ne sont pas tres confortable

Pas de lit double, des moutons de poussières sous les lits, des matelas très très fatigués un etap hôtel d'autoroute......
