Les Jardins de l'Anjou

After an initial mix up which was soon rectified we found our room in the hotel block, it was quiet, a good size and spotlessly clean but basic, no storage, no aircon and quite drab. Not quite a comfort plus room. The whole place is an unusual missmash of concrete buildings with the hotel block Incorporated into a seminar/educational course institute. We were woken at 6.30am by a loudhailer calling runners to a race start. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and resolved the mix up. Ok for a nights stopover.

Nice hotel/conference centre, it was quite quiet on our visit and we barely saw anyone else which was strange. My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. Staff were otherwise great and a nice restaurant with delicious French cuisine. Bed and linens fairly standard.

Accommodation was really small and it felt like we were staying in an old garage. Bare walls, all windows frosted and crampt. No evening food available to us and no messages in advance to say that - we had to walk down a busy road for 30 minutes to get a pizza at a kiosk by a road junction. Breakfast limited and uninspiring. Looks so much better on their website than it does in person.

We arrived in early evening to find that we could not have dinner at the hotel because we had not reserved and there are no restaurants or markets in walking distance to the hotel. Travelers to take note!

Overall it is close to be really good. Some annoyances thought: - checkout the room by 10a doesn't allow to enjoy the pool a lot on the morning of the leave - no TV in the cottage, which was not clear at the time of booking - some molded walls in the entry room of the cottage - feels like being in a bunker... - no kids menu (like pasta, french fries, etc...)

From outside this complex won’t win any beauty contests but inside it was very attractive, clean, warm and comfortable.

Very contemporary hotel very nice grounds .very nice staff. Just a very nice all around place .

We found this on a last minute search for a hotel in the Loire Valley. It is a nice place for large groups but really nothing outstanding.

It was a last minute reservation and we were lucky to get 2 rooms, thanks to Hotels.com. The hotel was fine - I guess it is a conference center - very spread out and it wasn't that easy to find the reception but when we finally got there the people were really nice and the food was very good. The rooms are older but clean. They have a pool and beautiful grounds to walk around on, duck pond, very scenic. All in all if was a very nice stay.

Tres bien dans l ensemble, personnelles aux petits soins et a l écoute.

J’ai récemment été dans cet hôtel, suite à un déplacement professionnel. L’accueil rien à dire, rapide, efficace et courtois. La chambre est relativement bien équipé. Mais l’état général de la chambre fait « vieillot », surtout la salle de bain, qui manque de « maintenance ». Pas de porte de douche, ressort de la porte apparent. Pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas. Et pour le wifi, nous avons un wifi gratuit, sans mot de passe… qui capte très mal, dans la chambre que j’ai eu en tout cas. Et pas mal de cri pendant la nuit, venant des clients? Sinon, une bonne nuit en général, dans un cadre naturel.

Cottage 3 chambres. Chambre double vétuste, odeur très forte de renfermée. Très humide. VMC très bruyante. Peu de fenêtres donc sombre. Petit déjeuner bien, personnel très gentil.

Grand Cottage , avec frigo . Vaste salle de bain. Très bon petit dej. Sucré salé Dîner possible excellent Accueil pro avec le sourire Bel environnement

Belle chambre vaste , neuve , SDB neuve et grande ! Rien ne manque : prises , TV, bureau, thé, café et petits gâteaux à l’arrivée. Très bon accueil. Excellent petit déjeuner, bon dîner !

Bon hôtel

Arrivée a 22h00. Personne a la réception. Une seule personne qui gere le bar et la réception. Si activite a bar personne ne soccupe de vous. Chambre vieillotte. Lit double sest transformé en 2 lits simple. Petit dejeuner service a revoir egalement: ravitaillement trop long si affluence

Rien a voir avec les photos du site. Pas le confort attendu. Pas d'internet. Service par des étudiants aléatoire. Restaurant mauvais rapport qualité prix. Restaurant qui se de lare complet alors que tout est vide... A éviter

Très bel emplacement mais un l établissement demande un bon coup de fraîcheur

Nous étions en famille. Très déçus de nos nuitees Ménage pas fait correctement, j’ai demandé à ce que le ménage soit faite ils ne sont pas passés, ils ont fait le ménage le jour de notre départ, alors que j’avais besoin que les serviettes soient changées et la poubelle aussi Il y’a juste une seule poubelle et elle est dans la salle De bain!! Trop d’odeur d’humidité de renfermement, la literie était trop humide . Petit conseil : dans une salée de bain il faut au moins une fenêtre pour aérer et éviter de mettre les toilettes dans la douche les bouches d’aération ne fonctionnent pas très bien. Le gros plus c’est le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse et disponibilités du personnel Je remercie le Mr qui a tout fait pour nous mettre tous les 5 dans la même chambre Mais je suis désolée je ne reviendrais plus dans votre complexe J’ai été très déçue du confort de vos chambres
