Wonderful hotel, lovely helpful staff - even helped us sort out a delivery meal. Room was fantastic, mini fridge, kettle, proper sink, microwave and a small patio area with seating. Very large room, large comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Wood thoroughly recommend for a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Plenty of free parking outside or secure garage offered at a small extra charge.

Second stay in 3 months, great location, a little more expensive but to be expected as weather warms up. Walking access to Reims in 15mins and excellent access and secure parking sells it.

There was black mold in the shower.
The room was tiny. We couldn't keep a large suitcase opened and move around the bed.
There is not elevator. So be prepared to lift your luggage up the stairs.

We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night!
Our room was in what seemed to be the newer block, over the road from the main reception area and pool. It was on the ground floor, with security shutters, a safe, air-con. and a large bathroom with double shower. We were pleasantly surprised to have tea and coffee in the room and it was super clean!
The lady on reception spoke good English and helped us to navigate the best route into the city centre, (20 min. walk) and onto the Notre Dame Cathedral, (a further 10 minutes). Fabulous!!

Really helpful and friendly staff, very easy check-in. We had a ground floor room which was really spacious. The bathroom was a wet room, not what I’d personally choose.. wet floors after shower etc. but the room appeared to be an accessible room - so the reason for the wet room is clear. Lovely organic toiletries, no wasteful small bottles. Selection of hot drinks in room and mini bar with cold drinks very reasonably priced.
Very quiet area and only around a 20 minute walk to the centre where there are lots of bars restaurants.

The property is 'motel' style with a breakfast room located on the other side of a quiet road.
The welcome was friendly, all the staff we met were both jolly and helpful.
The hotel is set a short 10-15 minutes walk from the town center which was not an issue.
Very happy with our stay and would certainly consider staying again.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Very comfortable and clean. They responded quickly and efficiently to my request for a ground floor room with an accessible shower! This put my mind at ease! Accessibility to the pool was very good too! The breakfast was good. The owners have an obvious pride in what they do and it shows!
