Room is old, simple but clean. It is 5min walk from the Lourdes train station, From the hotel to the Sanctuary Notre-Dame de Lourdes is 10 - 15min walk. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Clean room and new towels daily, was nice to see them coming back from pilgrimaging! Did not have breakfast, but the staff were excellent and helpful. Thank you Theodore in particular for booking a taxi at 4AM after our booked Uber cancelled on us. 🔥🔥🔥💯🔥🔥🔥

Room was basic but clean. Staff were helpful. although the checking in time was 3 pm as our room was ready well before 3 pm we were allowed to check in early. The hotel provides breakfast only. No other meal is provided. Will go back again.

Near the train station and close to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, staff are great. Other than that the rest are not good. Very old building, tiny room, you can hear people talking on the hallway even if they just talk normal. Squeaking floors, no A/C, elevator is too tiny, only one person with luggage can fit. I don't know how people can survive there during the summer season or hot days, I won't stay there for sure. There's no amenity there. I will not recommend this.

Traveled with my young adult daughters who loved this stay because it is a little dated and a little old fashioned (sound of music vibes). The price was outstanding, but the breakfast reflected that and the overall facilities are a bit rundown. The staff was so kind and helpful and it is a very convenient location to the grotto and cathedral which is why we were in town. I would recommend it - only giving a four to be clear that it isn’t upscale or anything like that.

Check in at 3pm, check out at 11 with breakfast at 7am. No customer service, reception staff doesn't even look you in the eyes while you talking. Tiny lift, lots of stairs, if you cannot do stairs I would rather not book it. No hot water service, therefore no tea or coffee available. Dusty environment, reception room sittings broken. Smell of dump, old furniture, noisy at night due to old flooring, moldy toilets. Nothing like the pictures they advertise. Not a 3 star hotel more like a motel !
