This is a jewel of a property. Location, building, staff and the owners pride in what she calls her home is so apparent.
Treat yourself and eat in the restaurant. The staff will help with translations so don't be daunted. I just wish we had booked another night.

This property does not meet Relais & Châteaux standards. The “beachfront” photos are misleading—access is blocked by a road, fence, and neighbouring outbuildings. The hotel is in poor condition (stained upholstery, cracked tiles, broken fixtures, peeling paint) and appears understaffed, with little service after check-in. Amenities were lacking, the restaurant was closed, and the overall impression was of a misrepresented and poorly maintained property.
