Mercure Arles Centre Arènes

The Mercure Arles is in a perfect position to explore the old part of Arles on foot. The only cars allowed in the old part are those owned by people who live there, so walking is the only way to explore. It’s a lot of fun exploring the narrow streets and there’s plenty of places to rest along the way. The Mercure is clean, the rooms are not big but adequate and the every staff member we encountered was professional, helpful and engaging. The amenities are basic, just hand and body wash, which appears to be the case in most French Mercure Hotels. There was no fridge in our room which we found very unusual and medication needed to be handed to staff for refrigeration which was a little inconvenient. We ate at the restaurant but there are many more better places to eat that have a more diverse menu. I think the restaurant mainly caters to French coach tours and it is probably more suited to that clientele. If position is important in your travel plans then Mercure Arles is very well placed.

3rd time staying in this hotel. Great location, comfy beds, good showers. Parking is a bonus. Breakfast is a bit of a let down. Apart from that great hotel at reasonable price. Will recommend.

The staff was extremely courteous during my stay. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I will definitely stay again when I return.

Dated room decor 1970s style. No hot water only lukewarm water. Staff were polite and helpful.

Good location, but the hotel promised more than it delivered. The fitness center was closed "for renovation." The rooftop cocktail bar was non-existent. There were chairs but no bar. The parking garage was full. The room was small and uncomfortable.

Right in the centre of Arles. Parking under the hotel is available although the spaces are a bit tight.

Séjour absolument parfait. L’établissement nous a très gentiment surclassé car nous étions avec notre chien. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre spacieuse, très bien conçue. La salle de bain et les produits Nuxe sont fabuleux ! Et la propreté est irréprochable. Bref c’est un sans faute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hotel correct pour emplacement et prix, juste en déhors du centre et avec un parking couvert qui c'est un plus pour Arles

Hotel reformado con mucho gusto.Cerca del centro caminando,personal atento,parquing para el coche.No comimos allí así que no tengo opinion

Das Hotel und die Umgebng waren gut, das Hotelzimmer hingegen eine kleine Katastrophe. 70 Jahre Einrichtung mit altem Teppich und entsprechend leichtem Geruch. Zudem sowohl Zimmer als auch Bad sehr klein! Wir hatten keinen Tisch und mussten unsere Koffer am Boden ausbreiten. Wahrscheinlich hatte das Zimmer 16qm wobei ca. 5 qm auf einen engen Korridor von der Tur zum Zimmer entfielen, unbrauchbar und beengend. Eher 2 bis 3 Sterne aber keinesfalls 4!

Nous sommes arrivés en plein carnaval mais hôtel près du centre-ville et accessible Balade près des arènes agréable

Tout était parfait

Tout était absolument parfait ! J'y retournerai cet été, car j'ai du écourter mon weekend, déjà payé, pour raisons familiales.. Idéalement situé et service parfait à tous jes niveaux. Je recommande vivement.👍

C’est pas du tout 4 étoiles… les chambres sont trop petit, trop sombre, pas de place pour rangement…
