Nomad Hotel Roissy CDG

It was a clean, new room. I was welcomed well and it was all explained to me. Most the room was controlled by a iPad. All worked well but personally I didn’t see the point of the iPad controlling everything including lighting…but it worked fine. I got a good nights sleep and went on my way the next day.

I loved tis place. Everyone was very nice. Tons of things for breakfast, great coffee machine. They have a very reasonable shuttle from the airport and to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn't know that and paid way more than I needed to getting to the Nomad. And I loved my room.

Good location

Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel offers a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The property is beautiful and surrounded by lovely gardens.

Front desk staff very professionnel. If booking airport shuttle service, need to wait outside instead of inside hotel lobby, since shuttle driver does not announce arrival.

I needed a place to stay for one night before an early flight but wish I could have stayed longer. The room was really thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Lots of smart, modern touches. I didn't get a chance to spend any time in the lobby or restaurant but both looked appealing as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

In a very quiet part but extremely close to CDG airport; dont expect to find too many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel; having said that the rooms were extremely clean and sound proofed and makes for a comfortable stay if the purpose is to get to CDG airport quickly

Breakfast is amazing. I love breakfast. The shuttle service is free from airport to hotel but it's very difficult to find the shuttle as the airport is huge. It's supposed to be 2f or 2e but always make sure to call and notified your arrival. I had issues in finding the shuttle and need to take an uber. Staff is friendly and they even took care of my handcarry as I was going to visit city centre.

This is a great hotel for a short stay. Location is perfect, closed to airport. Also it is Eco friendly hotel, which is great.

Very convenient for airport and Disney

Clean room, fresh towels every morning. Kind multi-lingual staff. Only complaint is the projector system in lieu of a tv, just was a little wonky to get working sometimes. Overall a nice stay to save some money for our paris trip.

Apart from the lady at the check in stand …. It was very difficult getting help ! No wake up call , no change for tips , etc…. They looked like I was really bothering them when I was trying to ask for help !!! very disappointing when in a foreign country !

Clean room

The room was clean and for a “close to” airport hotel it was quiet. The staff we found to be unfriendly and non helpful. Shuttle will pick you up and won’t charge you but you pay to return or if you want a ride to the airport at other times when they pick up other customers. Staff does not offer any information regarding anything that might be helpful to making your stay a good one. We traveled in France for 3 weeks and the staff was the worst we experienced. They were not aware of restaurants being closed around the area because of a holiday. At no point did anyone offer information on eating places around the area. It was always a struggle to get any information regarding any information while we were there. We spent 3 nights at this hotel.

Clean, new facility and modern room. Breakfast is just okay not too many choices. Staffs just okay. Need more customer service greeting customers when arrived. Assign tơ ạ wrong room number (with keys) but not the room number from the hotel computer system. Need to learn French for communicating with staff

The room was very well laid out and comfortable. Staff was not helpful. The lights/ window blinds are controlled by an app on a tablet, which was difficult to use. It was easier to use my I-phone flashlight to use the water closet. I called the 24/7 front desk and was told someone would come up to check the tablet. They never came. Hot water required the shower to be on for 20 minutes running before it would appear. Once it did it was great.
